The Seljuk made some attacks to the land of Anatolia and Levant with their religious, political and economic motivations after conquering Iran. These attacks caused establishment of two local governments on those region. Roman (Anatolia) and Levant, as the local governments had simultaneous period with the Great Seljuk as well the limited relationship with central government which were political mostly. This paper tends to determine the factors that affected such relationships as well as investigating the roles of the factors in their relationships with descriptive-analytic approach. The findings of this research show that the relationships of the Great Seljuk and Levant Seljuk was affected by the crusades and expansionism of the Levant Seljuk and the relationship of the Great Seljuk and Roman Seljuk was affected by Abbasid Caliphate and controversies of the power claimants in the Levant. The efforts of Roman and Levant to become Great Seljuk Sultan were a joint factor in the relationships of those two with Great Seljuk. These factors are made tensions naturally, so they made enmity between the Great Seljuk and Roman and Levant. However, some of the factors made friendships between them.
