The purpose of the present research is to reveal the distinction of the new generation of schools as an entrepreneurial school with other schools. Further, the new school structure is characterized and defined with a function as the accelerator. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach was used. To select the sample, the criterion based sampling method, which is a part of the purposeful sampling methods, was used to obtain theoretical saturation. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was done by the method of thematic analysis. Based on the open source coding of the interviews, 99 elements were identified in the preliminary stage. But in the end, 13 concepts were identified as 5 main themes as special accelerating components of the entrepreneurial school. The analysis presented in this study show that these extractive components have the capacity to change the functioning of schools to the entrepreneurial schools. Also, entrepreneurial schools that are equipped with a school-base accelerator have enough potential to promote entrepreneurial culture and nurturing student entrepreneurs.
