Abstract:
محدودیت منابع و امکانات شهری و رشد روزافزون نیازهای شهروندان موضوع مدیریت هزینه را به یک ضرورت تبدیل کرده است نهادها، سازمانها و شرکتها ازطریق تدوین برنامه راهبردی و بادرنظر عوامل محیطی برسرتولید محصولات با ارایه خدمات با کیفیت بالا و قیمت و هزینه پایین باهم به رقابت میپردازند. دراین میان رشد روزافزون نیازها و انتظارات شهروندان درحیطههای مختلف توجه مدیران شهری به ویژه کلانشهرها را به مدیریت هزینه بیشتر نموده است تجربیات جهانی نشان میدهد که لازم است ضمن اعمال سیاستهای تعدیل و مناسب سازی هزینهها ازطریق تشکیل کمیتههای تخصصی و نظام مشارکت به این مهم دست یافت. در این تحقیق نقش تحلیل هزینه بر فعالیتهای سازمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. سازمان مورد مطالعه شرکت ساماندهی صنایع و مشاغل شهرداری تهران میباشد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات مطالعات کتابخانهای و پرسشنامه است. تعداد نمونه 122 نفر میباشد. در پژوهش حاضر، آزمون مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که تحلیل هزینه بر فعالیتهای سازمانی مثبت و معنی دار بوده است.

Global experiences show that it is necessary, while applying cost-adjustment policies through the formation of specialized committees and participatory systems, This important achievement. In this research, the role of cost analysis on organizational activities has been investigated. The surveyed organization is Tehran Municipality Industrial and Municipal Organization. A tool for collecting information from library studies and questionnaires. The sample size is 122 people. In this study, the structural equation model test showed that cost analysis on organizational activities was positive and significant.
