چکیده:
ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ اﻋﻀﺎی ﻫﻴﺄتAbstractAim: The aim of the present study was to determine the ﻋﻠﻤﻲ در اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻋﺎﻃﻔﻲ، ﻣﺴﺦ ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺖ و ﻋﺪمamount of burnout (emotional exhaustion, ﻣﻮﻓﻘﻴﺖ ﻓﺮدی ﺑﻮد. روش: روش ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ و از ﻧﻮع ﻋﻠﻲ- ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪای وdepersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment)in academic faculty members in Iran. Method: The ﻧﻤﻮﻧﺔ 651 )611 ﻣﺮد و 04 ﻧﻔﺮ زن( ﻋﻀﻮ ﻫﻴﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهresearch method was causal-comparative and the sample .ﺷﻬﻴﺪ ﺑﻬﺸﺘﻲ ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﻃﺒﻘﻪای ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪconsisted of 156 (116 male and 40 female) faculty دادهﻫﺎی ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﺔ ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ ﻣﺎﺳﻼچ- ﻣﻘﻴﺎسmembers in Shahid Beheshti University selected based ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن )ﻣﺎﺳﻼچ، ﺟﻜﺴﻮن و ﻻﻳﺘﺮ، 6991( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﺔ اﻃﻼﻋﺎتon classified randomized sampling with proportional ﺑﺮایt ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻲ ﮔﺮدآوری و ﺑﺮای ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮنallocation. Data was obtained using the MaslachBurnout Inventory-Educators Survey (MBI-ES) :ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎی ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻳﻚ راﻫﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ(Maslach, Jackson & Leiter, 1996). A researcher made ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﻴﺰان ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ اﻋﻀﺎی ﻫﻴﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﻲ در ﺑﻌﺪquestionnaire was also used to obtain demographic data.t-test for independent groups and one way ANOVA ،ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻋﺎﻃﻔﻲ و ﻣﺴﺦ ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺖ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦﺗﺮ از ﻧﻤﺮهﻫﺎی ﻫﻨﺠﺎر اﺳﺖwere used to analyze the data. Results: Findings of this اﻣﺎ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻋﺪم ﻣﻮﻓﻘﻴﺖ ﻓﺮدی آن ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻫﻨﺠﺎر ﺑﺮایstudy showed that the degree of burnout in emotional ،ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ از ﻣﻴﺎن ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮﻫﺎی ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻲ )ﺳﻦexhaustion and depersonalization were lower than the ﺟﻨﺲ، وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺗﺄﻫﻞ، ﻧﻮع اﺳﺘﺨﺪام، رﺷﺘﺔ ﺗﺨﺼﺼﻲ، ﺳﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﻛﺎر وnorm. However, lack of personal accomplishment washigher than norm for teachers. Also, among ﻣﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻤﻲ( ﺗﻨﻬﺎ در ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮ وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺗﺄﻫﻞ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری ﺑﻴﻦdemographic variables of age, sex, marital status, job ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ و اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺠﺮد ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻋﺎﻃﻔﻲ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮیexperience, tenure status, major, and academic rank, ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺮاد ﻣﺘﺄﻫﻞ ﮔﺰارش دادﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪﮔﻴﺮی: اﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﻣﻴﺰانonly marital status had an effect: single membersreported higher emotional exhaustion than their married ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﻲ ﺷﻐﻠﻲ اﻋﻀﺎی ﻫﻴﺄت ﻋﻠﻤﻲ در اﺑﻌﺎد ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻋﺎﻃﻔﻲ و ﻣﺴﺦcounterparts. Although emotional Conclusion: ﺷﺨﺼﻴﺖ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ اﺳﺖ، وﻟﻲ ﺣﺪود ﻧﻴﻤﻲ از آن ﻫﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻐﻞ ﺧﻮدexhaustion and depersonalization in faculty members is .اﺣﺴﺎس ﻋﺪم ﻣﻮﻓﻘﻴﺖ ﻓﺮدی ﻣﻲﻛﻨﻨﺪlow but nearly 50 percent of them experience lowpersonal accomplishment in their job.
