The findings of the study which are the results of data collected from a sample of 170 employees and directors of Civil Servant Pension Fund in Tehran, show that employees distrust, negative and cynical attitudes, ambiguity of job performance, compensation/ remuneration structure, unfair laws, and organizational culture have the greatest impact on deviant workplace behavior respectively.
