چکیده:
مقدمه: هدف تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی برخی از عوامل مختل کننده سلامت عمومی و روانی سربازان در دوره آموزش رزم مقدماتی و ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیری و یا کاهش این مشکلات است.
روش: جامعه مورد مطالعه سربازان 3 دوره آموزش رزم مقدماتی نظامی، طی سال 1391 بودند. حجم نمونه 920 نفر بود که به شیوه سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی(GHQ) و پرسشنامه مشخصات دموگرافیک بود. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامهها، اطلاعات به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS18 و روش های آماری (توزیع فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف معیار و آزمون تی) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتایج: 60/19 درصد آزمودنیها دارای مشکلاتی از نظر سلامت عمومی بودند. بالاترین فراوانی این مشکلات مربوط به کارکرد اجتماعی با 53/27 درصد و بیشترین میزان آن در افراد دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی دیده شد. کمترین فراوانی 89/15درصد در نشانههای افسردگی دیده شد که بالاترین فراوانی افراد دارای این مشکل مربوط به افراد متاهل بود. بالاترین فراوانی در هر چهار مقیاس پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی در بین سربازان غیر بومی دیده شد که طبق نتایج آزمونt دارای تفاوت معنا داری نیز بوده است.
بحث: بنابر نتایج این تحقیق، مواردی که به نظر میرسد در جهت کاهش مشکلات عمومی و روانی سربازان در دوره آموزشی مفید باشد عبارت است از: تفکیک دوره های آموزشی سربازان بر حسب مقاطع تحصیلی، تاهل، بومی و غیر بومی و بالطبع فرماندهان و مربیان آموزشی دارای تحصیلات بالاتر و یا حداقل در سطح مقاطع تحصیلی این سربازان مد نظر قرار گیرد.
Introduction: The purpose of this study is to identify
some of the factors disturbing the general health and
mental training soldiers in the basic combat training
and presentation strategies to prevent or reduce these
problems.
Method: The statistical population was composed of
three period training soldiers in basic combat military
training during the year 2012. The samples size was
920 members. Samples were selected by census
method. The research tool was general health
questionnaire and the demographic characteristics.
The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS 18
software and statistical methods (frequency
distribution, mean, standard deviation and t-test).
Results: 19.60 percent of subjects had the problems
of general health, the highest frequency (27.53
percent) associated with social functioning problems,
the highest rate was seen in soldieres with a highest
college education. The lowest frequency (15.89
percent) associated with depressive symptoms, the
highest frequency of depressive symptoms seen with
this problem was married. Highest frequency in the
four-scale general health questionnaire was seen
among non-native soldiers who were significant
differences according to t-test results.
Discussion: According to this reserch results, where
it appears to reduce general and mental problems
among soldiers training to be useful is resolution
training soldiers in terms of education levels, marital
status, native and non-native. therefore commanders
and instructors in higher education or advanced
education at least at the level of the soldiers should be
considered.
