چکیده:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر قصهگویی در کاهش درد کودکان صورت گرفته است، بدین منظور تاثیر قصه گویی در کاهش درد کودکان مبتلا به لوسمی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
روش: درراستای هدف فوق از بین(330 نفر) کودکانی که در بیمارستان کودکان تبریزدر سال 1390 جهت درمان بیماری لوسمی بستری شده بودند تعداد 30 نفر که 14 نفر دختر و 16نفر پسر در دامنه سنی 3-6سال بودند، انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. علت بستری شدن اعضای هر دو گروه یکسان بوده، ولی گروه کنترل فقط درمان دارویی دریافت میکردند، اما گروه آزمایش همراه با دارو درمانی، قصه درمانی هم دریافت میکردند و هر روز میزان داروی مسکن تزریق شده به هر دو گروه به دقت یادداشت میشد.
یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که بین گروه کنترل و آزمایش در میزان استفاده از دارو پس از قصه گویی تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت، و به دیگر سخن، گفتن قصه موجب کاهش میزان مصرف داروی مسکن در کودکان بیمار شده بود.
نتیجه گیری: یافتهها نشان می دهند که، به علت کاهش درد آنها نیاز به مسکن نیز کاهش پیدا کرده است. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که قصه گویی یا قصه درمانی باعث کاهش درد در کودکان مبتلا به لوسمی می شود.
Objective: Hemophilia is the most common inherited bleeding disorder and also third common disorder depending on X chromosome which is a deficiency or lack of Factor VIII or IX in blood. In families without history of hemophilia patients، having a hemophilia child causes anxiety، hopelessness and even sin feeling that causes disabilities to take care of hemophilia child. so the main aim of present research is studying theeffect of hemophilia cares education in decreasing of anxiety and depression of mothers with hemophilia child under 15 years old in Tehran.
Method: In a semi-experimental design، among 200 mothers of hemophilia patients under 15 years old، 30 of them with high scores in Beck Depression II(BD-II) and state-trait anxiety inventory (STAI) Speilberger) byaccessible samplingwere selected and then they randomly were put in experimental and control groups. Exprimental group was educated in 8 sessions but control group received no intervention. Then، these two groups completed two questionnaires which mentioned above again. Data analyzed by using statistical method Covariate (Ancova).
Results: The findings of research showed that، hemophilia cares education in significance level (p£0.05) reduces the rate ofanxiety and depression in hemophilia patients's mothers.
Conclusion: Heamophilia cares education has important role in decreasing anxiety and depression in mothers with hemophilia child under 15 years old، so suggest all of mothers with hemophiliachild or hemophilia care givers should be educated by the hemophilia cares.
