چکیده:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط ناگویی خلقی و کیفیت زندگی در بیماران شکایت درد و افراد سالم انجام شد. روش: نمونه پژوهش شامل200 نفر (100 بیمار با شکایت درد و 100 نمونه از افراد سالم با فاصله سنی 18-60) بود که به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده های به دست آمده از مقیاس ناگویی خلقی(TAS-20) و پرسشنامه کوتاه کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامتی (SF-36) با آزمون t مستقل، همبستگی گشتاوری پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان تحلیل شد. یافته ها: براساس یافته ها دو گروه بیماران و افراد سالم هم در مقیاس ناگویی خلقی و هم کیفیت زندگی تفاوت معنادار داشتند. در آزمون همبستگی نیز ارتباط بین ناگویی خلقی و کیفیت زندگی به ویژه در زیر مقیاس های مشکل در توصیف احساسات و تفکر عینی در گروه بیماران قوی تر بود. نتیجه-گیری: نتایج نشان داد درد موجب ارتباط قوی تر ناگویی خلقی و کیفیت زندگی می شود و بعد روانی کیفیت زندگی بیشتر از ابعاد دیگر تحت تأثیر ناگویی خلقی قرار دارد.
Aims: The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between alexithymia and quality of life in patients with clinical pain complain and healthy people.
Method: The study sample consists of 200 participants (100 patients with pain complain and 100 healthy people between 18-60 years old) which were selected at convenience. Data were collected by the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20) and the 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF36) and analyzed by independent samples t test، Pearson moment correlation method and Enter regression.
Results: Based on the findings، the two groups of patients and healthy participants were significantly different both in alexithymia scale and quality of life. Also correlation between alexithymia and quality of life in patients was stronger، particularly in difficulties describing emotions and external-oriented thinking subscales.
Conclusion: Results showed that pain causes strong relationship between alexithymia and quality of life; and the mental aspect of quality of life is more affected by alexithymia than others.
