چکیده:
هدف تحقیق: هدف از این تحقیق بررسی ارتباط عزت نفس عمومی و بدنی و شاخص توده بدنی و اختلالات خوردن در دختران ورزشکار
و غیرورزشکار بود. روش تحقیق: این تحقیق از نوع همبستگی بود. 152 نفر ( 61 ورزشکار ژیمناستیک کار، 42 شناگر و 49 غیر
ورزشکار) در این تحقیق مشارکت داشتند. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسش نامه های مقیاس عزت نفس بدنی، مقیاس عزت نفس، شاخص توده بدنی و نگرش های تغذیه ای استفاده شد. از روش های آماری، هبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون و آزمون t برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که در شناگران خرده مقیاس های وزن و جذابیت بدنی، در ژیمناست ها خرده مقیاس جذابیت بدنی و در غیرورزشکاران خرده مقیاس وزن بدن در تبیین اختلالات خوردن معنی دار بود. خرده
مقیاس ظاهر بدنی شاخص معنی داری در تبیین اختلالات خوردن نبود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، عزت نفس بدنی (بویژه خرده مقیاس های وزن و جذابیت بدنی) سهم مهمی در اختلالات خوردن دارد. نتایج این تحقیق جنبه های جالبی از رابطه بین اختلالات خوردن و متغیرهای روانی را نشان میدهد
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of general self-esteem, bodyesteem
components and body mass index and eating disorders among athletes and non-athletes
junior girls. Methods: Research method was correlational design. 152 people (61 gymnasts, 42
swimmers and 49 non-athletes) participated in this study. In order to collect data, the self-esteem
scale, the body-esteem scale, the eating attitudes test, and the body mass index were used. The data
were analyzed by Pearson correlation, t test and multiple regression. Results: regression analysis
indicated that, in swimmers, body weight and physical attractiveness subscales, in gymnasts,
physical attractiveness’s subscale and in non-athletes, body weight subscale were significantly
predicted eating disorders among girls. No significant relationship was found between appearance
subscale and eating disorders. Conclusions: Regarding to the results, body esteem (especially,
subscales of body weight and body attractiveness) has significant contribution in eating disorders
among girls. Results show interesting aspects of the relationship between eating disorders and
psychological variables.
