چکیده:
هدف تحقیق: یکی از بحث های مهم در روانشناسی ورزش تاثیر ورزش و فعالیت های ورزشی مختلف جهت تعدیل پرخاشگری استت. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه پرخاشگری بین ورزشکاران رشته های ورزشی انفرادی برخوردی، انفرادی غیر برخوردی و غیر ورزشکاران است.روش تحقیق:پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع علی-مقایسه ای و برای انجام آن از بین پسران ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار 15 تا 18 ساله شهر یزد 120 نفر به عنوان آزمودنی به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند.در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه های دموگرافیک و پرخاشگری باس و پری(1992)استفاده شد.برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و همچنین از آزمون های آمار استنباطی نظیر آزمون شاپیرو ویلک و آزمون آنوای یک سویه استفاده شد.یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد که غیرورزشکاران به طور معناداری از ورزشکاران رشته های ورزشی انفرادی(برخوردی و غیر برخوردی)پرخاشگرترند(p>0/05)و همچنین تفاوت معناداری در پرخاشگری بین ورزشکاران رشته های ورزشی انفرادی برخوردی و غیربرخوردی وجود ندارد(p>0/05).نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش نشان می دهد شرکت در ورزش و فعالیت های ورزشی،می تواند به عنوان راه حلی مناسب جهت کاهش میزان پرخاشگری در بین افراد باشد. اما در نوع رشته ورزشی جهت تعدیل پرخاشگری تفاوتی وجود ندارد.
Purpose: One of its main controversial that in sport psychology is to exercise and doing sporting
activities to reduce aggression. As a result, the aim of the present study is to compare the aggression
among athletes of various disciplines including collision individuals, non-collision individuals and nonathletes.
Methods: The design of the study is descriptive and of scientific-comparative kind. In doing it
so, 120 person of 15 and 18 years old were selected randomly from the male athletes and non-athletes in
Yazd. The demographic-aggressive questionnaire of Bass and Perry (1992) was employed for the purpose
of this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential tests Shapiro-wilk and one-way
ANOVA was used. Results: The results showed that non-athletes were significantly more aggressive
compared to individual sport athletes (collision and non-collision) (p<0.05). Also there is no significant
difference in terms of aggression between athletes of the collision individual sports and those of noncollision
individual sports (p>0.05). Conclusion: This research shows that participating in sports and
sports activities could be a solution to decrease aggression among people. But there is no difference in the
type of sport to reduce aggression.
