چکیده:
زمینه: هیپ هاپ، یکی از فعالیت های ورزشی است که از یک سری فعالیت با شدت های مختلف تشکیل شده که با استفاده از حرکات هماهنگ اندام ها همراه با موزیک انجام می شود. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر آزمایشی از نوع طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل است. نمونه پژوهش 20 زوج ساکن شهر اسلام آباد غرب بودند، که به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان ابتدایک هفته قبل از شروع تمرینات هیپ هاپ و سپس بعد از 8 هفته تمرینات هیپ هاپ، پرسشنامه ی چند بعدی تصویر بدنی، پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ، را تکمیل نمودند.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که ورزش هیپ هاپ بر روی تصویر بدنی با رابطه جنسی و رضایت زنا شویی در بین زوجین تاثیر داشته است. میانگین و انحراف معیار رابطه جنسی، رضایت زناشویی و تصویر بدنی در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل پس از پایان سه ماه ورزش هیپ هاپ افزایش معناداری را نشان داد.(میانگین گروه آزمایش رابطه جنسی در پیش آزمون =05/12، در پس آزمون=55/21، میانگین گروه آزمایش رضایت زناشویی در پیش آزمون=47/104، در پس آزمون=20/203، میانگین گروه آزمایش تصویر بدنی در پیش آزمون=20/134، در پس آزمون=40/173). نتایج آزمون تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره بر روی نمرات پس آزمون رضایت زناشویی، تصویر بدنی، رابطه جنسی، رابطه معناداری را نشان داد((001/0=p).
نتیجه گیری: ورزش هیپ هاپ می تواند بر روی تصویر بدنی و هم چنین رضایت زناشویی و رابطه جنسی تاثیر گذار باشد. نتایج پژوهش می تواند مبنای تجربی مناسبی برای تدوین برنامه های آموزشی و بهداشتی زوجین، قرار گیرد.
Background: Hip-Hop, is one of the sports activities that includes a series of activities with different intensity which using synchronized movements along with the music. Materials and methods: The research method is experimental pretest-posttest with control group. The sample consisted of 20 couples were living in Islam Abad Gharb, who were selected by simple random sampling. Participants first filled multidimensional questionnaire body image and Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaire a month before start practicing Hip-Hop and after 8 weeks of practicing Hip-Hop. Findings: The results showed that hip-hop exercise was effective on body image on sex and marital satisfaction among couples. The mean and standard deviation of sex, marital satisfaction and body image in the experimental group showed a significant increase in compare with control group after three months of Exercise Hip Hop (The average pre-test experimental group sex = 12/05, the post-test = 21/55, average marital satisfaction in the experimental group pre-test = 104/47, the post-test = 203/20, average body image in pre-test experimental group = 134/20, the post-test = 173/40). Also the results of multivariate analysis of variance tests on grades marital satisfaction, body image, sex, showed a significant relationship (p= 0/001). Conclusion: Hip Hop exercise can effect on body image and marital satisfaction and sexual relationship. The results can be an appropriate empirical basis for education and health plans for couples, intervention programs and treatment programs based on the sustainability of the spouses is desirable.
