چکیده:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بیان نقش عروسک و بازیهای عروسکی در جذب کودکان 3 تا 12ساله به کتابخانه عمومی روستایی است. همچنین این مقاله گزارشی پژوهشی از طرح عروسک دانا در کتابخانه حضرت ولیعصر (عج) روستای مبارکآباد استان قم ارائه میکند که بهمنظور ایجاد شوق مطالعه در کودکان در این کتابخانه انجام شده است. عروسک دانا بهعنوان مخاطبی برای قصهخوانی و اجرای نمایشهای عروسکی در کتابخانه است و با ایجاد فضایی صمیمی زمینهای برای رشد تخیل کودک و شوق و انگیزه او به مطالعه را فراهم میکند. عروسک دانا آن عروسکی است که کودک دوستش دارد و برای داناکردن او قصهخوانی میکند و در برنامههای کتابخانه مشارکت فعالتری دارد.
روش: این پژوهش به روش اقدامپژوهی (برنامهریزی، اقدام، مشاهده و بازتاب) انجام شده است و در پی مشکل اساسی جذب مستمر مخاطب کودک به کتابخانه حضرت ولیعصر روستای مبارکآباد صورت گرفته است. با مطالعه پژوهشهای صورتگرفته درباره انگیزههای مطالعه، کتابدرمانی، فعالیتهای ترویج کتابخوانی و نظایر آن، طرحی موسوم به «عروسک دانا» تدوین شده است. در مرحله اقدام این طرح، عروسکهایی در کتابخانه قرار داده شد و سپس از کودکان خواسته شد با عروسکهای خود به کتابخانه بیایند و با خواندن قصه و داستان عروسکها را دانا کنند. برای گزارش نتایج طرح، آمارها از نرمافزار سامان نهاد کتابخانههای عمومی استخراج شده و بازتابهای طرح ذکر شده است.
یافتهها: در مرحله مشاهده، نتایج آزمون کایاسکوئر نشان میدهد با برنامهریزی و اجرای طرح عروسک دانا برای کودکان، آمار عضویت و امانت آنها نسبت به قبل افزایش یافته است، اما این افزایش برای اعضای بزرگسال اتفاق نیفتاده است.
اصالت/ارزش: اجرای طرح عروسک باعث جذب و افزایش امانت در کودکان شده است. این پژوهش گزارشی از اجرای یک طرح اقدامپژوهی توسط کتابداران برای کودکان را در محیط کتابخانه عمومی روستایی ارائه میدهد.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of dolls and puppet games on attracting 3- to 12-year-old children to the rural public library. This article also presents a research report on the design of the Dana doll project in the Vali-e Asr library of the Mubarakabad village of Qom province, which was conducted in order to generate the enthusiasm for reading in children in this library. Dana Doll serves as an audience for storytelling and puppet shows in the library, and by creating an intimate atmosphere provides a context for the growth of the child's imagination and his eagerness and motivation to study. Dana doll is a puppet whom the child loves and who tells stories for the child and plays more active part in the library programs.
Method: This study is a kind of action research (including planning, action, observation, and reflection) seeks to address the fundamental problem of continuous attraction of the children to the the Vali-e Asr library in Mobarak Abad village. By studying previous research on reading motives, bibliotherapy, reading promotion activities and so on, a project called Dana Doll has been developed. During the action phase of this project, some dolls were placed in the library, or children were asked to come to the library with their dolls, and by reading stories make him a learned and wise doll. In order to report the results of the project, the relevant statistics were extracted from the "Saman" software belonging to the Iran Public libraries Foundation, and then the feedbacks on the project were mentioned. Findings: Regarding the observation phase, the results of the chi-square test showed that by planning and implementing the Dana's puppet show for children, the rates of children's membership and borrowing were increased, but this increase did not occur for the adult members.
Originality/value: Implementation of the "Dana Doll"project has led to the attraction of children to the library and an increase in their borrowing from it. This research presents a report on the implementation of an action research plan by the librarians for children in a rural public library environment.

بنيان اصلي طرح عروسک دانا به اين صورت است که کودکان يا والدين خردسـالان بـراي عروسک ها کتاب و قصه مي خوانند و عروسکي که بيشترين قصه بـرايش خوانـده شـود بـه عنـوان «عروسک دانا» و کودک نيز به عنوان «کودک دانا» معرفي مي شود و مورد تقدير قرار مي گيرد.
در اين طرح در نظر گرفته شده است والدين و خـانوادة خردسـالاني کـه قـادر بـه خوانـدن کتاب نيستند حضور داشته باشند و براي خردسال و عروسـک هـاي آن هـا کتـاب و قصـه خوانـده شود.
