چکیده:
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر بخشی اجرای گروهی فنون رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی به صورت کوتاه مدت بر کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان دختر دارای علایم اختلال شخصیت مرزی بود. در یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی پس از غربالگری، از میان افراد حائز شرایط و54 نفرحاضر به شرکت در پژوهش شدند که بر اساس سطح نمره به روش تصادفی ساده به دو گروه مساوی تقسیم شدند، گروه آزمایش رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی را به شیوه گروهی فشرده (طی 12 جلسه دو ساعته، هفته ای 3 بار) دریافت کردند، در حالیکه گروه کنترل درمانی دریافت نداشتند. شرکت کنندگان مقیاس کیفیت زندگی را در سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری تکمیل کردند. دادههای بدست با آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری تحلیل شد. نتایج تفاوتهای معناداری را میان دو گروه در پس آزمون برای میانگین مولفههای: 1- عملکرد جسمی 2- محدودیت نقش/هیجانی 3- انرژی/ خستگی 4- بهزیستی هیجانی 5- عملکرد اجتماعی 6- درد 7- سلامت عمومی و نیز نمره کل کیفیت زندگی نشان داد. در پیگیری 4 ماهه نیز این نتایج در مولفههای عملکرد جسمی ، عملکرد اجتماعی ، شاخص کل کیفیت زندگی پایدار بودند.
The purpose of this study was Investigating the Effectiveness of short term
Dialectical Behavior Group Therapy Quality of life of adolescent girls with
symptoms of borderline personality disorder
In a quasi-experimental design, after screening, 54 persons volunteered to
participate in the study. They were divided into two equal groups according to the
score level by simple random method.
experimental group received dialectical behavior therapy in a group-intensive
manner(During two hour sessions, 2 times a week) while The control group did
not receive any treatment. Participants completed the QOL(sf-36)questionnaire in
three stages of pre-test, post-test and follow-up. Data were analyzed using
multivariate analysis of variance Results showed a significant difference between
the two groups in the post-test for the components disorder In physical function,
role limitation / emotional, energy / fatigue, emotional well-being, social function,
pain, general health and total score of quality of life. At 4 months fallow up
Physical function, social function, physical health index and total quality of life
index remained significant.
Conclusion:
Intensive dialectic behavior therapy has a relative effect on adolescent girls'
quality of life with borderline personality disorder syndrome, And given the
relative stability of the results, it is suggested that longer treatments be used
