چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: نظر به اهمیت کرامت انسانی، اعلامیه بلمونت برای حمایت از انسانهای موضوع تحقیقات زیست پزشکی و علوم رفتاری تدوین شده و مشتمل بر سه اصل احترام به استقلال فردی، خیر رسانی و عدالت است. این مطالعه با هدف تطبیق این اصول با ارزشها و اصول اسلامی انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه تطبیقی، اصول اخلاقی اعلامیه بلمونت با اصول اسلامی مقایسه و تحلیل میشود.
یافتهها: از دیدگاه اسلام در پژوهشهای زیستپزشکی با موضوعات انسانی، کرامت انسانی و استقلال فردی باید مورد احترام قرار گیرد، بدون در نظر گرفتن انسان به منزله ابزاری برای پژوهش. اصل خیررسانی یک اصل الزامی است و مطابق قاعده لاضرر، باید برای به حداکثر رسانی منافع، بارها و آسیب احتمالی را به حداقل رسانید. همچنین، علاوه بر درنظر قراردادن منافع حداکثری انسانهای موضوع پژوهش، منافع پژوهشگران و کسانی که هزینههای پژوهش را پرداختهاند نیز باید تامین شود. عدالت و انصاف اقتضای آن را دارد که ضمن به حداکثر رسانی منافع پژوهش، خطرات احتمالی آن به حداقل کاهش یافته و در صورت بروز عوارض، پژوهش روی افرادی که دچار عارضه میشوند باید متوقف و عوارض آن جبران شود. از آنجا که آسیب به انسان بر خلاف اصول اخلاقی و اسلامی است، انسانها باید در برابر مضرات پژوهش محافظت شوند و افرادی مانند کودکان، مجانین و زندانیان به دلیل عدم برخورداری از ظرفیت کافی و یا استقلال فردی، مورد حمایت خاص قرار گیرند.
نتیجهگیری: اصول مذکور در اعلامیه بلمونت برای پژوهشهای انسانمحور ضروری است و با ارزشها و اصول اسلامی مطابقت دارد.
Background and Aim: Increasing the productivity of the organization requires employees with motivation and commitment. The present study was conducted to determine the relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational belonging in the staff of public hospitals of Isfahan city in 2019.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, the statistical population included 580 employees of public hospitals in Isfahan. The sample size was estimated 230 people using Kerjesi and Morgan tables and the sampling was done by cluster random sampling. To collect data, Milliman et al's workplace spirituality and Schaufeli & Bakker's organizational affiliation standard questionnaires were used. Data analysis was performed using correlation and regression tests in SPSS software 16 at the significance level of 0.05.
Findings: There was a significant positive correlation between workplace spirituality and employees' organizational affiliation (r=0.527, p<0.01). Among the components of spirituality in the workplace, alignment with organizational values, sense of dependence and meaningful work were most associated with organizational belonging, respectively (r=0.446, r=0.508, p<0.01).
Conclusion: The findings show that spirituality in the workplace significantly predicts the organizational belonging of employees. Therefore, it is recommended that hospital managers enhance employees' sense of organizational belonging and productivity by strengthening the components of spirituality in the workplace.
