چکیده:
درک صحیح شخصیت، خلقوخوی و استعدادهای مخاطبان یکی از مهمترین عوامل دخیل در انتخاب شیوههای کارآمد و اثرگذار تربیتی است؛ لذا شناخت مخاطب یکی از ارکان اساسی در تأثیرگذاری شیوههای آموزشیـتربیتی بهشمار میرود. نهجالبلاغه بهعنوان مجموعهای از سخنان بلیغ امیرمؤمنان(ع)، با تکیه بر این نگاه که رسالت امام در سمتوسوی تربیت صحیح جامعه، رشد و تعالی انسان است، بهترین راهنما در جهت شناسایی شیوههای تربیتی مناسب با ویژگیهای مخاطبان است. روش این پژوهش، به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است که تلاش کرده ارتباط ویژگیهای گوناگون مخاطبان همچون سنّ، میزان پذیرش، ویژگیهای اخلاقی و رفتاری، خصوصیات روحی، میزان عقلانیت، آگاهیها و باورهای مخاطبان در اتخاذ شیوههایی تربیتی مانند همراهی گامبهگام، ارائه معیار و الگو، موعظه، تنبیه و تشویق و ... موردبررسی و تحلیل قرار دهد. مربی با اصلاح جایگاه آموزش و با کنار نهادن رفتار آمرانه که در پرتو شناختی صحیح از مخاطب صورت میگیرد، راه رسیدن به تربیت شایسته را بهصورت هموار طی نماید. یافتههای این مقاله میتواند در مطالعات تربیت دینی مورد بهرهبرداری قرار گیرد.
Accurate understanding of personality, ethics and talents of the audiences are the most important factors to choose an efficient and effective educational method. So, recognition of audience is one of the basics of effectiveness of educational methods. Nahj al-Balagha emphasizing that the Imam is responsible for the proper education of society, says that he is the best guide for identifying educational methods. The method of this research is analytical-descriptive. This study tries to analyze the relationship between different properties of audiences such as age, level of acceptance, ethics and behavior properties, psychological properties, level of rationality and their beliefs, and adoption of educational methods such as Step by step companion, providing criterion and pattern, preaching, punishment and encouragement and etc. The mentor will easily achieve the proper educational method by putting aside the implicit behavior and by having complete recognition of the audience. The findings of this article can be used in studies of religious education.
