The statistical population of the study includes experts of banking industry, with whom 15 interviews regarding human resource were conducted in the qualitative phase with the samples selected through purposeful sampling method.
This study is aimed at identifying and ranking the indicators and criteria affecting team performance in the Faculty of Management and Economics of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Unit of Tehran.
