چکیده:
هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی رابطۀ حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و راهبردهای مقابلهای با عود اعتیاد بود. جامعۀ این پژوهش دربرگیرندۀ افراد معتاد در حال ترک شهرستان بهار بود. 130 نفر از این معتادان با استفاده از نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای اندازهگیری شامل مقیاس چند وجهی حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زیمت و همکاران و پرسشنامۀ راهبردهای مقابلهای فولکمن و لازاروس و مصاحبه بود. روش پژوهش، همبستگی از نوع پیشبینی است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی شامل شاخصهای مرکزی و پراکندگی استفاده شده است و از آمار استنباطی جهت آزمون فرضیههای نظیر ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شد. تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد حمایت اجتماعی ضعف پیش بینی کننده عود اعتیاد میباشد. همچنین، استفاده از راهبردهای مقابلۀ هیجانی با عود اعتیاد رابطه دارد در صورتی که راهبردهای مقابلهای مسألهمدار با کاهش عود اعتیاد رابطه دارد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که با استفاده از راهبردهای مقابلهای و حمایت اجتماعی معتادان میتوان احتمال عود بیماری را بررسی کرد و در نهایت، با آموزش شیوههای ارتباطی و راهبردهای مقابلهای مناسب از عود اعتیاد جلوگیری کرد و در نهایت هزینههای مربوط به آن را در جامعه کاهش داد.
Drug dependence include several factors that may simultaneously exist or follow each other on an individual. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between perceived social support and coping strategies of addiction and relapse. The study sample included smokers quit in the spring city. 130 people are using this drug in the sample were selected. Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support Measurement Tools Zimet and collegues Folkman and Lazarus coping strategies questionnaire and were interviewed. Methodology, correlational and predictability. For data analysis, descriptive statistics including measures of central tendency and dispersion were used to test hypotheses and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation and regression analysis. Regression analysis showed that social support is a weak predictor of relapse to addiction. The use of coping strategies are linked with addiction relapse if the drug addiction relapse is associated with a decrease in problem-oriented coping strategies. The results showed that the use of coping strategies and social support for drug users can be reviewed disease recurrence. The communicative teaching practices and appropriate coping strategies to prevent relapse of drug addiction and ultimately reduce the costs associated with it.
