چکیده:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین چگونگی ارتباط اعتماد و سلامت از دیدگاه زنان و تطبیق نتایج با آیات قرآن و روایات صورت گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعهی کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوی به شیوهی نمونهگیری هدفمند با مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته بر اساس راهنمای مصاحبه با استفاده از سوالات باز انجام شد. با مشخصشدن الگو و معانی اصلی درون مصاحبهها، طبقات و درونمایهها شکل گرفتند. برای غنیسازی نتایج مطالعه از آیات قرآن و روایات کمک گرفته شد.
یافتهها: تجربیات زنان با اعتماد بالا در این مطالعه نشان میدهد که اعتماد بهطور مستقیم با ایجاد احساساتی مانند: انرژی مثبت، شارژ روحی شدن، شاد شدن، آرامش، دور شدن افسردگی و منزوی نبودن در سلامت عاطفی و روانی آنها تاثیرگذار است. مشارکتکنندگان همچنین از احساس سلامت جسمانی بیشتری در ارتباط با اعتماد تجربه کرده بودند و دریافت این احساس را به واسطههای مختلف شامل ایجاد شادابی روان بیشتر ناشی از اعتماد بیان کردند.
نتیجهگیری: این یافتهها در راستای آثار و نتایج اعتماد و مثبتاندیشی در قرآن و روایات از جمله دستیابی به آرامش، پیشگیری از ترس و اضطراب، کاهش حزن و اندوه، دستیابی به موفقیت، تولید محبت، سلامت روان و برقراری رابطهی دوستی است. همچنین نقل و قولهای زنان در مصاحبهها نشان از آن داشت که آنها فواید منتج از اعتماد مطرحشده در آیات قرآنی و روایات را تجربه کرده بودند.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to explain how the relationship between trust and health from the perspective of women and to compare the results with Quranic verses and hadiths.
Method: This qualitative study was conducted with a content analysis approach using purposive sampling with semi-structured interviews based on the interview guide using open-ended questions. As the main patterns and meanings within the interviews became clear, classes and themes were formed. Quranic verses and hadiths were used to enrich the results of the study.
Findings: The experiences of women with high self-esteem in this study show that trust directly by creating emotions such as: positive energy, emotional charge, happiness, calmness, depression away and not being isolated in emotional health and Their psyche is influential. Participants also experienced a greater sense of physical health in relation to trust, and expressed this perception through a variety of means, including creating more mental freshness from trust.
Conclusion: These findings are in line with the effects and results of trust and positive thinking in the Qur’an and hadiths, including achieving peace, preventing fear and anxiety, reducing sadness, achieving success, producing love, Mental health and friendship. The womenchr('39')s quotes in the interviews also indicated that they had experienced the benefits of trust in the Qur’anic verses and hadiths
