چکیده:
مقدمه: مطابق با نظریات روانشناسی، اولویت دورهی نوجوانی کسب هویت است که تحتتاثیر عوامل جسمانی، روانشناختی، اجتماعی-فرهنگی و معنوی این دوره قرار دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش شخصیت عامل، سرمایه اجتماعی، هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه روانشناختی در پیشبینی هویت بود.
روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود. 633 نفر از دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشگاههای شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۹۷-۹۶ به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب و ابزارهای پژوهش شامل ابزار گسترشیافته سنجش عینی هویت من-2 (EOM-EIS-II)، مقیاس چنداندازهای شخصیتِ عامل (MAPS)، پرسشنامه سنجش سرمایه اجتماعی، سیاهه شایستگی اخلاقی (MCI) و سیاهه سرمایه روانشناختی (PCI) را کامل کردند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره با نسخه 24 نرمافزار SPSS انجام شد.
یافته: یافتههای به دست آمده نشان داد که میان وضعیتهای هویتی تحققیافته و تعلیقی با عاملیت شخصیت، هوش اخلاقی، سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه روانشناختی رابطهی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، این متغیرها به طور مثبت و معناداری، پیشبین وضعیتهای هویتی تحققیافته و تعلیقی بودند. به طور عکس، رابطهی میان تشتت هویت با با عاملیت شخصیت، هوش اخلاقی، سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه روانشناختی منفی بود. در رابطه با انعقاد هویت نیز، تنها سرمایه اجتماعی و سرمایه روانشناختی به طور مثبت و معناداری با آن رابطه داشتند.
بحث: با توجه به یافتههای به دست آمده در مطالعه حاضر میتوان بیان نمود که وضعیتهای هویتی مختلف با توجه به سطوح متفاوت رویارویی با بحران هویت و احساس تعهد نسبت به هویتِ شخصی به طور متفاوتی با سازههای فردی (عاملیت شخصیت، هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه روانشناختی) و اجتماعی (سرمایه اجتماعی) رابطه دارند.
Abstract
Introduction: According to the psychological theories, the priority of adolescence is the acquisition of identity, which is influenced by physical, psychological, socio-cultural and spiritual factors of this period. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the role of agentic personality, social capital, moral intelligence and psychological capital in identity prediction.
method: This study is a descriptive and correlation study. 633 undergraduate students of Tehran universities were selected by random sampling method in the academic year of 2018-2019 and completed the research tools included Extended Objective Measure of Ego Identity Status II (EOM-EIS-II), Multi-measure Agentic Personality Scale (MAPS), the Social Capital Measurement Questionnaire, Moral Competency Inventory (MCI) and Psychological Capital Intervention (PCI). Data were analyzed with using Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression with SPSS-24.
Findings: Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between achievement and moratorium identity states with personality agency, moral intelligence, social capital, and psychological capital. Also, these variables positively and significantly predicted the achievement and moratorium identity states. Conversely, the relationship between identity diffusion and these variables was negative. In relation to foreclosure identity, only social capital and psychological capital were positively and significantly related to it.
Discussion: According to the findings of this study, it can be stated that different identity states have different relationship with individual constructs (personality agency, moral intelligence and psychological capital) and social (social capital) according to different levels of identity crisis and sense of commitment to personal identity.
