چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: بررسی کمیت و کیفیت جرائم ارتکابی در سطح شهرستان کوار در سالهای 1389 و 1390، به عنوان نزدیکترین شهرستان به مرکز استان فارس و شناسایی مهمترین عوامل دموگرافیک، اکولوژیک و بومشناختی مؤثر بر ارتکاب جرم در این شهرستان، بهمنظور ارائه راهکارهای بومی پیشگیری از جرم، از مهمترین اهداف پژوهش حاضر است. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی است و دادهها به روش اسنادی و میدانی، از طریق مراجعه به دادگستری شهرستان کوار و بررسی پروندههای موجود در بایگانی اجرای احکام کیفری، جمعآوری شد. یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان دهنده ارتکاب 61 درصد جرائم علیه اشخاص، 30 درصد علیه اموال و مالکیت و 9 درصد علیه امنیت و آسایش عمومی است. تعلق 60 درصد از جرائم به سه جرم بیاحتیاطی در رانندگی منجر به صدمه بدنی و فوت، سرقت و ایراد ضرب و جرح عمدی است که بیانکننده جرائم عمده و پرتکرار در سطح شهرستان است. نتایج: جوان بودن 68 درصد از مرتکبان جرائم، سابقه دار بودن 53 درصد از مرتکبان بزه سرقت و غیر بومی بودن 22 درصد از مجموع مرتکبان، مهمترین نتایج بهدست آمده از وضعیت اکولوژیک، دموگرافیک و بومشناختی نه چندان مطلوب شهرستان کوار است که متناسب با جرائم یادشده، راهکارهای پیشگیرانه ارائه شده است.
Background and Objective: Investigation of the quantity and quality of crimes committed in the city of Qavar in 2010 and 2011 as the closest city to the center of Fars province and identifying the most important demographic, ecological and ecological factors affecting crime in this city, in order to provide indigenous prevention strategies. Crime is one of the most important goals of the present study. Method: The present research is a descriptive-analytical one and the data were collected by documentary and field method by referring to the Quarterly Department of Justice and reviewing the existing files in the criminal records enforcement archive. Results: The findings show 61% of crimes against individuals, 30% against property and property and 9% against public safety and security. Sixty percent of the felony counts of three counts of negligent driving result in bodily injury and death, theft and intentional assault and manslaughter, which is a major and frequent crime in the county. Results: 68% of the perpetrators were young, 53% of the perpetrators were robbed and 22% of them were non-natives, the most important results of the ecological, demographic and ecological status of the city were not so favorable to crime. Preventive solutions are provided.
