چکیده:
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تحلیل ساختاری عملکرد مدیران مدارس بر اساس اخلاق حرفهای با میانجی گری ویژگیهای شغلی آنان بود. روش پژوهش از نوع کمی و توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران مدارس مروج سلامت استان آذربایجان شرقی بود. نمونه تحقیق بر اساس جدول مورگان 291 نفر بوده و از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبی استفاده شده است. برای اندازهگیری متغیرهای تحقیق از پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفهای (بهاگیر؛ 1390)، پرسشنامه ویژگیهای شغلی هاکمن و اولدهام (1980) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عملکرد مدیران مدارس استفاده شده است. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامهها توسط متخصصان تایید و پایایی آنها به روش آلفاکرونباخ به ترتیب برای پرسشنامه عملکرد 934/0برای پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفهای 896/0و برای پرسشنامه ویژگیهای شغلی 764/0برآورد شده است. نتایج نشان داد، عملکرد مدیران بر اساس اخلاق حرفهای با میانجی گری ویژگیهای شغلی آنان قابل پیش بینی است (01/0>P). همچنین بین عملکرد مدیران با اخلاق حرفهای و ویژگیهای شغلی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (01/0>P). با توجه به نقش اخلاق حرفهای در ارتقاء عملکرد مدیران میتوان گفت ارتقاء اخلاق حرفهای مدیران موجب تحقق ارتقا تسهیل و سلامت دانش آموزان مدارس مروج سلامت میگردد. به منظور تقویت این رابطه از متغیر میانجی ویژگیهای شغلی استفاده شده است که پاسخگوی نیازهای آموزش و پرورش میباشد.

Regarding the role of Healthy scholarship in the performance of health educators, it can be said that promoting Healthy scholarship of the administrations of school can facilitate the achievement of the goals of health promotion schools and promote the health of students.

(٢٠١٦) ,Jafari et al در تحقيقي با عنوان رابطه ي انگيزش شغلي بااخلاق حرفه اي شهر سمنان انجام دادند يافته هاي اين پژوهش نشان داد که بين انگيزش شغلي و اخلاق حرفه اي رابطه ي معناداري وجود دارد.
نتايج تحقيق وي نشان داد که بين مؤلفه هاي اخلاق حرفه اي و احساس موفقيت در عملکرد مديران آموزشي جامعه هدف رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.
ميزان ضريب همساني دروني و آلفاي کرونباخ مولفه هاي اخلاق حرفه اي مديران (به تصویر صفحه مراجعه شود) پرسشنامه ويژگيهاي شغلي: پرسشنامه مدل ويژگيهاي شغلي پرسشنامه اي است که توسط (١٩٧٦) Oldham &Hackman تدوين گشته و براي ارزيابي توان بالقوه انگيزشي مورد استفاده قرار ميگيرد.
نتايج تحقيق وي نشان داد که بين مولفه هاي اخلاق حرفه اي و احساس موفقيت در عملکرد مديران آموزشي جامعه هدف رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.
