چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: آموزش و پرورش کردستان عراق از 2015 برنامه آموزش علم به زبان انگلیسی را اجرا نموده است. تاکنون این برنامه در 11 مدرسه ابتدایی حلبچه اجرا شده است. با توجه به آثار این تغییر بنیادین بر کیفیت آموزش، بررسی چالشهای چنین برنامههایی اهمیت دارد. اما تاکنون چالشهای پیاده کردن این برنامه بررسی نشده است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی چالشهای اجرای این برنامه انجام شد.روش شناسی: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی انجام شد. از معلمان، دانشآموزان و والدین آنها مصاحبه به عمل آمد. ملاک انتخاب جامعه داشتن تجربه مرتبط با بحث پژوهش بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از اشباع نظری استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده نیز به روش سه مرحلهای کدگذاری (باز، محوری و منتخب) انجام شد.یافتهها: نظر مصاحبه شوندگان این است که اجرای این برنامه از آغاز تاکنون دارای چالشهایی است که حل نشده باقی مانده است و هیچکدام از معلمان، دانشآموزان و والدین آنها اجرای این برنامه را موفقیت آمیز و همراه با تجربه مثبت ارزیابی نکردند. تحلیل محتوای مصاحبهها بیانگر ضعف در مراحل برنامهریزی و پیادهسازی آموزش علم به زبان انگلیسی در مقطع ابتدایی شهر حلبچه است.نتیجهگیری: وزارت آموزش و پرورش کردستان عراق برنامهریزی منطقی و بلندمدت برای آموزش علم به زبان انگلیسی تدوین ننموده است. عوامل اصلی و مجری آموزش در تدریس دروس ریاضی و علوم ابتدایی از ابعاد مختلف ناتوان و بدون انگیزه هستند. محتوای دروس نامناسب است و ابزارها و بودجه کافی برای تهیه تجهیزات آموزشی تهیه نشده است.

This study was conducted with qualitative approach and phenomenological method. Semi-structured interviews were used for data collection and three-stage open, axial and selective coding was used for analysis.The findings of this study show that teachers, students and their parents are not satisfied with the results of this project. Teachers do not have the necessary skills (specialization in science, teaching with English language) to teach science and math courses, students are unable to communicate, understand text and do homework and are not psychologically interested and motivated to continue their education. Parents are unhappy with their children's upbringing and worry about their low spirits. در اين پژوهش سعي شد مشکلات و چالش هاي آموزش علم به زبان انگليسي براي دانش آموزان مقطع ابتدايي کرد زبان در شهر حلبچه شناسايي شوند.
يافته هاي(٢٠٠٥) Fanaei نشان داد که آموزش به زبان مادري از نظر روانشناسي سبب درک بهتر مطالب ميگردد، از نظر اجتماعي سبب جذب راحت تر کودک در محيط اجتماعي خود ميشود، از نظر عاطفي، کودک را از گسستگي عاطفي نسبت به محيط درس دور ميکند، از نظر آموزشي سبب بالا رفتن کميت و کيفيت ارتباط در داخل مدرسه و کلاس ميشود و دانش آموز را از ابزار اصلي تفکر يعني ارتباط برخوردار ميکند.
براي نمونه ، سطح پايين دانش حوزه مورد مطالعه ، زمان طولاني مورد نياز براي آموزش به زبان انگليسي، کمبود راهنماي تدريس و ارزيابي، کمبود معلمان توانا به آموزش از طريق زبان ، عدم درک موضوع درس توسط يادگيرنده ، احساس الينه شدن و جدايي، مشارکت اندک يادگيرنده در کلاس ، اضافه بار کار يادگيرنده و ياددهنده ، کاهش کيفيت آموزش (٢٠٠٨ ,Gao)، کاهش علاقه يادگيرندگان ، کاهش اعتماد به نفس و شکست تحصيلي، خطر فقدان فرهنگ سنتي و بومي (٢٠١٣ ,Gelmez-Burakgazi &lu kmenogGo)، ناتواني در برنامه ريزي تکاليف نوشتاري، ضعف در دنبال کردن يک بحث ، ضعف در به کارگيري سبک مناسب علمي، ضعف در بيان ايده خود با انگليسي روزمره ، ناتواني در درک واژگان تخصصي و کليدي، ضعف در يادداشت برداري خلاصه و روشن (٢٠١١ ,Evans and Morrison).
