چکیده:
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تبیین عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در دانش محورسازی شرکتهای تولیدی منطقه آزاد اروند با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد است روش گراندد تئوری یا نظریه داده بنیاد یک شیوه پژوهش کیفی است که به وسیله ی آن با استفاده از یک دسته دادهها، نظریهای تکوین مییابد. در این پژوهش برای جمع آوری دادهها با 30 نفر از مدیران عامل یا مدیران تولید شرکتهای موجود در منطقه آزاد اروند مصاحبههای عمیقی انجام گرفت. معیار اصلی برای تعیین حجم نمونه، نیل به نقطه اشباع نظری بود. تمامی افراد حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه با رویکرد هدفمند انتخاب شدند. کدگذاری و تحلیل دادهها طی سه مرحله به انجام رسید و در نهایت، مدل پارادایمی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت دانش محورسازی شرکتهای تولیدی منطقه آزاد اروند شکل گرفت. براساس نتایج این تحقیق 7 مولفه کلیدی درونی و بیرونی شناسایی شدند که عبارت اند از منطقه آزاد اروند (بسترسازی کسب وکار، ایجاد زیرساخت و...)، دانشگاهها) نقش پژوهشی، آموزش و تربیت نیروی انسانی (، مراکز آموزشی) آموزشهای کسب و کار (، ویژگیهای سازمانی) فرهنگ، ساختار، فرآیند (، مشتری گرایی، سرمایه لازم) جذب سرمایه (و در نهایت نیروی انسانی خلاق، دانشور و متخصص.
The main purpose of the present research is to identify and explain the key success factors in the knowledge base of the manufacturing companies of Arvand Free Zone using the Foundation Data Theory. The grounded theory or data theory is a qualitative research method, which develops a theory using a data set. In this research, interviews were conducted with 30 managers or managers of companies in Arvand Free Zone. The main criterion for determining the sample size was to reach the theoretical saturation point .All subjects were selected using a targeted approach. Data coding and analysis were done in three stages. Finally, the paradigm model was the key factors for the success of the knowledge base of the manufacturing companies of Arvand Free Zone. According to the results of this research, 7 key components of internal and external identified that are Arvand Free Zone (business foundation, infrastructure creation, ...), universities (research role, training and training of human resources), educational centers (business education and work), organizational characteristics (culture, structure, process), customer orientation, required capital (capital attraction) and, ultimately, creative, scholarly and expert manpower.
