The Holy Qur'an in verses 31to 33of Surah Al-Baqarah states the capacity of human existence to gain the position of caliphate, but the existence of some ambiguities under these verses has made it one of the most challenging verses of the Qur'an. If the caliphate in this verse means the representation and succession of the predecessors, including the successors of the jinns, women and other human beings before the Prophet Adam (peace be upon him), it will not lead to a significant virtue for that Imam and his descendants. Until now, the general commentators considered only Adam (peace be upon him) as a specific example of being the Caliph of God in the mentioned verse; However, commentators such as Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, in interpreting the verse, consider the meaning of teaching names to Adam (peace be upon him) as the manifestation of names and attributes and the comprehensive truths of man's knowledge; And Sayyid Qutb in his commentary on the shadows of the Qur'an states that man and man are the caliphs on earth; And he considers the verse "Ini Ja'al in the Land of the Caliph" to be the observer of this belief. Ayatollah Javadi Amoli and Seyyed Qutb believe in the legislative caliphate of Adam (peace be upon him) and have accepted it; In other words, God made Adam (peace be upon him) a prophet to provide the basis for the guidance of human beings, but there is disagreement on the absoluteness of the caliphate, the application of the caliphate to the Imamate, the method of installation, the criteria of the caliphate and the duties of being a caliph. Shiite commentators believe in the possibility of God's caliphate in human beings, and that human beings also
