چکیده:
اهداف: این طرح با هدف تدوین بسته آموزش شخصیتمحور مبتنی بر تیپشناسی انیاگرام و اثربخشی آن بر ابرازگری هیجانی افراد متقاضی ازدواج انجام شده است تا روانشناسان و مشاوران خانواده بتوانند آن را در مشاورههای پیش از ازدواج برای ارتقای ازدواجهای سالم به زوجین آموزش دهند.
مواد و روش ها: بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر انیاگرام، با مروری بر منابع و پژوهشهای مربوطه و بر اساس پیشینه پژوهشی و تکنیکهای مربوط به تیپشناسی انیاگرام با در نظر گرفتن سازههای موثر بر آن و به صورت کتابخانهای و وسیع بررسی و ساخته شد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ پژوهش ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ زوﺟﯿﻦ در مرحله پیش از ازدواج ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺷﻬﺮ اصفهان در بهار و تابستان ۱۳۹۶ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ در طرحی شبهآزمایشی انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه ابرازگری هیجانی کینگ و امونز (EEQ, 1990)، در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پسآزمون (با فاصله 45 روز پس از اتمام آموزش) برای سنجش متغیر وابسته استفاده شد. ﮔﺮوه آزﻣﺎیﺶ نیز طی ده جلسه نوددقیقهای یکبار در هفته مورد آموزش قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد بسته آموزشی شخصیتمحور مبتنی بر انیاگرام، بر ابرازگری هیجانی افراد متقاضی ازدواج موثر بوده است. بین نمرات گروه آزمایش و کنترل در پسآزمون پس از کنترل پیشآزمون تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت (0/05> P).
نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی این پژوهش نشان داد بسته آموزشی ازدواج جهت کمک به زوجین متقاضی ازدواج برای ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ و اﺑﺮاز صحیح هیجانات از طریق آشنایی با ویژگیهای شخصیتی خود و طرف مقابل، درمقایسه با گروه کنترل، اثربخش بوده است؛ این نتایج برای متخصصان و دستاندرکاران امور مشاوره پیش از ازدواج جهت ارائه خدمات بهتر کاربردی است.
Objectives: This study aimed to develop a premarital educational package based on based on 9-type personalities (Enneagram) to improve emotional expressiveness of couples preparing for marriage.
Methods: In this quasi-experimental study with pretest/posttest design, the study population consisted of all couples in the premarital stage referred to counseling centers in Isfahan, Iran during spring and summer 2017. Of these, 30 were selected and divided into two groups of intervention and control. They completed the Emotional Expressiveness Questionnaire (EEQ) before the study and 45 days after the end of intervention. The educational package was developed based on the study literature and techniques related to enneagram typology and considering its constructs, and then presented to the intervention at ten 90-min sessions once a week.
