چکیده:
اصلیترین هستهی اولیهی شهرها را محلههای آنان تشکیل میدهند. تصمیمگیری در مورد محلهها امری میباشد که میبایستی حقوق شهروندی مردمان آن را نیز مدنظر قرار داد و تغییرات را به صورتی که مردم میخواهند اعمال نمود. امروزه دستیابی به اطلاعات نقاط مختلف میتواند نقش مهمی را در توسعه و رشد هرچه بهتر شهرها داشته باشد. رسانهها به عنوان منابع آگاهی دهنده میباشند که در تنویر افکار عمومی، آگاهی بخشی به جامعه و رفع مشکلات و معضلات جامعه و مردم نقش بسزایی را دارند. کشورهای توسعه یافته با استفاده از رسانهها مشکلات و معضلات جامعه را شناسایی و راهکارهای مناسبی به مدیران شهری ارائه میدهند.یک محله میتواند مکان اجتماع اقوام مختلف و با فرهنگهای گوناگون باشد که میتوان از طریق آموزش یکسان آنها را به مشارکت و تصمیمگیری در محلهی خود تشویق نمود. در این مقاله سعی بر این است که با مبانی محله محوری و مشارکت با روش توصیفی به ارائه نتایج این مبحث در مورد محلهها و آموزش مشارکت به شهروندان خواهیم پرداخت. با توجه به مطالب ذکر شده میتوان این نتیجه را حاصل کرد که در محله محوری در ابتدا میبایستی اعتماد، کارایی، مشارکت و عدالت را در مسئولین شهر رویت کرد که بتوان از آموزش برای شهروندان برای ادارهی محلهی خود و مشارکت در تصمیمگیریها بهره جست.
As a micro - decision unit, neighborhoods are now speaking less frequently in decisions made by the authorities, and this is if they form the main core of cities in their neighbourhoods. making decisions about neighborhoods is something that has to take into account the rights of its citizens and make changes if people want to apply. A neighborhood can be the site of different ethnic communities and from different cultures that can be encouraged to participate and decision - making in their neighborhood through the same training. in this paper, we try to address the principles of the central neighborhood of participation with descriptive method to provide the results of this discussion about neighborhoods and training citizen participation. according to the aforementioned literature, it can be concluded that in the central neighborhood at first you had to see trust, efficiency, participation and justice in city authorities to be able to benefit from training for citizens to manage their neighborhood and participate in decisions.
