چکیده:
مناطق آزاد از جمله پدیدههای پارادوکسیکال در دنیای اقتصاد به شما میروند که دارای دو جنبه کارکردی و غیر کارکردی هستند. در ایران این پدیده در شکل فعلی به زعم بیشتر کارشناسان نقشی غیر کارکردی در اقتصاد ملی پیدا کرده است به نحوی که در جنگ اقتصادی غرب و در برابر تحریمهای اقتصادی امریکا نقش اسب تروای دشمنان را بازی میکند. با توجه به این مقدمه هدف این مقاله پرداختن به نقش ژئواکونومیکی مناطق آزاد در بازدارندگی اقتصاد ملی ایران در برابر جنگ اقتصادی غرب و سهم این مناطق در حمایت از تولید ملی است. سؤال اصلی مقاله این است که مناطق آزاد ایران در قوارهی فعلی چه نقشی در بازدارندگی اقتصاد ملی ایران در برابر جنگ اقتصادی غرب و حمایت از تولید ملی می-توانند ایفا بکنند؟ در راستای سؤال پژوهش فرضیهای را که مقاله سعی در بررسی آن دارد این است که به نظر میرسد مناطق آزاد ایران دچار نوعی آنومی در اهداف و سیاستها و ساختارهای هستند و به این ترتیب نمیتوانند دارای کارکرد مثبتی در اقتصاد ملی ایران در شرایط موجود باشند. نتایج این مقاله نیز نشان میدهد که اشتغال و سرمایهگذاری و ورود تکنولوژی و صادرات در مناطق آزاد ایران بیشتر در قالب ساماندهی و فراهم آوردن زمینه واردات و قاچاق تبلور یافتهاند.
Free zones are one of the paradoxical phenomena in the economic world which has two aspects of functional and non-functional. In Iran, this phenomenon, in the present form, has, in the opinion of most experts, found a non-functional role in the national economy. In the West's economic war against US economic sanctions Plays Trojan horse role of enemies. Given this introduction the purpose of this article is addressing the geo-economic role of free zones in deterring the national economy of Iran against the economic war of the west and the contribution of these regions in supporting national production. The main question of the article is, what role can the free zones of Iran play in preventing the Iranian national economy against the western economic war and supporting national production? In line with the research question, the hypothesis that the article tries to examine is that Iran's free zones appear to be anonymous in terms of goals and policies and structures and thus they can not have a positive effect on the national economy of Iran in the present condition. The results of this article also show that employment and investment, and the entry of technology and exports in the free zones of Iran have become more in the form of organizing and providing land for import and smuggling.
