چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای (ODD)[1] یکی از رایجترین اختلالات بالینی در کودکان و نوجوانان می باشد که تحت تاثیر عوامل مختلف می باشد هدف از انجام این تحقیق تعیین تعیین ارتباط بین تفاوت جنسیتی و سابقه اختلال روانپزشکی در خانواده با اختلال نافرمانی مقابلهای در بین دانشآموزان ابتدائی شهر سنندج در سال 1393 می باشد.
روش: در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر، جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل دانشآموزان مقطع ابتدایی ساکن در شهر سنندج در سال 1393 بود. تعداد نمونه شامل 377 دانشآموز بودند که از طریق روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه علائم مرضی کودکان استفاده شد، که روایی و پایایی آن اثبات شده بود. اطلاعات از طریق نرمافزار آماری SPSS-18 مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت؛ برای آنالیز تفاوتها از Independent- samples t-test استفاده شد و سطح معناداری (P) در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: از تعداد 377 دانش آموز مورد مطالعه 62.6 درصد (236 نفر) پسر و 37.4 درصد (141 نفر) دختر بودند. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که 1/11 درصد از افراد مورد مطالعه سابقه اختلال روانپزشکی در والدین آنها وجود داشت. میانگین نمره اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای در بین دختر و پسر تفاوت معنی دار داشت ((p≤0.001 و همچنین شیوع اختلال نافرمانی در کودکان والدینی که دارای سابقه ی اختلالات روان پزشکی بودند، بیشتر دیده شد (P=0.08).
نتیجهگیری: عواملی مانند جنسیت و سابقه اختلال روانپزشکی در خانواده بر شیوع اختلال نافرمانی مقابله ای تأثیر دارند، بنابراین آموزش والدین در خصوص این اختلال توسط نهاد های مرتبط، می تواند مفید باشد.

Background and Purpose: Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) is the one of the most common clinical disorders in children and adolescents affected by various factors. The aim of this study was to determine the Relationship between Gender Difference and the History of Psychiatric Disorders in the Family with Oppositional defiant disorder among Primary School Students in Sanandaj in 2014.
Method: In this cross-sectional study. The study population consisted of primary school students living in the sanandaj city in 2014. The sample size of this study were 377 students who selected by stratified random sampling method. Instruments of this study were Child Symptom Inventory questionnaire whose validity and reliability were proven. Data was analyzed by SPSS-18. Independent-samples t-test was used to analyze the differences. P
Results: Among 377 students, 62.6% (236 students) were male and 37.4% (141 students) were female. Results showed that 11.1% of samples had a history of psychiatric disorders in their parents. The mean score defiant disorder among boys and girls statistically significant difference was also statistically significant mean defiant disorder with a history of parental separation (p≤0.002).
Conclusion: Factors such as sexual and Psychiatric Disorders in the Family have an impact on the prevalence of ODD, so parenting tutorials about this disorder can be useful by relevant institutions
