چکیده:
مقدمه: در حال حاضر، کرونا ویروس تمام دنیا را فرا گرفته است و بر افراد جامعه اثرات روان شناختی مختلفی را بر جای گذاشته است. در این بین بعضی از افراد رفتارهای خود مراقبتی را بیشتر رعایت میکنند که میتواند به دلایل مختلفی باشد.
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی (وظیفه شناسی و برون گرایی) و تفاوتهای جنسیتی با رفتارهای خود مراقبتی در جامعه شهر کرمانشاه انجام گردید.
روش: در این مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی، ۳۰۴ نفر از بزرگسالان شهر کرمانشاه در سال ۱۳۹۹ به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان به صورت آنلاین (واتساپ) به زیر مقیاسهای برون گرایی و وظیفه شناسی فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه ۶۰ سوالی نئو و پرسشنامه رفتارهای خود مراقبتی پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از SPSS ورژن ۲۵ و روش تحلیل رگرسیون خطی انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد در مدل نخست از میان متغیرهای مورد مطالعه جنسیت بهترین متغیر پیش بین خود مراقبتی بود. جنسیت ۰۹/۰ تغییرات متغیر خود مراقبتی را تبیین کرد (۰۰۱/۰>P و ۳۰/۱۷=F). در گام دوم متغیر جنسیت و وظیفه شناسی وارد مطالعه شدند این دو متغیر با هم ۱۴/۰ واریانس متغیر خود مراقبتی را پیش بینی کردند (۰۰۱/۰>P و ۹۸/۱۳=F).
نتیجهگیری: این نتایج نشان داد افراد با ویژگیهای وظیفه شناسی و همچنین زنان، رفتارهای خود مراقبتی مرتبط با کرونا را بیشتر رعایت میکنند. این نتایج دارای تلویحات کاربردی در تدوین مداخلات برای بحرانهای کنونی و آینده خواهد بود.
Introduction: Currently, the corona virus has spread all over the world and has left various psychological effects on people in the community. In the meantime, some people are more caring about their behaviors, which can be for a variety of reasons.
Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits (conscientiousness and extraversion) and gender differences with self-care behaviors in the community of Kermanshah.
Method: In this descriptive-correlational study, 304 adults in Kermanshah in 2020 were selected by convenience sampling method. Participants responded online (WhatsApp) to the Extraversion and Conscientiousness subscales of the short form of the 60-item Neo Questionnaire and the Self-Care Behavior Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-25 and linear regression analysis.

Conclusion: These results showed that individuals with conscientious characteristics, as well as women, were more likely to follow corona-related self-care behaviors. These results will have practical implications for the development of interventions for current and future crises.
