چکیده:
مذهب انگلیکن از جمله فرق برجستۀ مسیحیت، با پایهگذاری و مرجعیت در کلیسای اسقفی انگلیس تأسیس شده است. شاخهای مستقل و جدا از کلیسای کاتولیک، پروتستان و ارتدوکس است؛ اگرچه از درون پروتستان شکلگیری شد، اما به لحاظ اعتقادی و آیینی با آن تفاوت دارد. ازدواج و مناصب کشیشی از جمله موارد قابل توجه در این مذهب است و قوانین ازدواج در این کلیسا در طول قرون متمادی دستخوش تغییرات و نوآوریهای زیاد و قابل ملاحظهای شده است. در سدههای اولیۀ مسیحیت، اروپای قرون وسطی قوانین را براساس احکام شرعی حاکم به اجرا درمیآورده است. شورای چهارم لاتران (1215) ازدواج مخفیانه را ممنوع کرد وازدواج ها می بایست به طور علنی توسط کشیشان در کلیسا اعلام میگردید. کلیسای انگلیکن با توجه به سوابق اعتقادی و شرعی موجود در کلیساهای قرون پیش تحولاتی را به وجود آورد. مناصب کلیسایی به شکلی تبعیض آمیز اعمال میشد، به طوریکه زنان به ندرت در جایگاه واقعی خود قرار میگرفتند و توانمندیهای آنها کاملاً نادیده گرفته میشد. در این مقاله قوانین وضع شدۀ کلیسای انگلیکن در طی قرون در رابطه با ازدواج کشیشان و چالشهای پیش رو، همچنین مناصب کشیشی زنان و حقوق طبیعی آنان مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد.
This article examines the laws of the Anglican Church over the centuries, regarding the marriage of priests and the challenges they face, as well as women's priesthood positions and their natural rights. The Anglican religion, one of the leading denominations of Christianity, was founded and established in the Episcopal Church of England. It is an independent religion. Although it was formed from within Protestantism, but is religiously different from it. Marriage and priestly positions are notable in this religion. The marriage laws in this church have undergone many and significant changes and innovations over the centuries. In the early centuries of Christianity, medieval Europe enforced the law according to the precepts of the Shari'a. The Fourth Lateran Council (1215) forbade secret marriage. The marriages were to be publicly announced by the priests in the church. Church positions were held in such a discriminatory manner that women were seldom placed in their proper place and their abilities were completely ignored.
