In Suhrawardi's thought, the word beauty is interpreted as good, which refers to beauty and perfection, so whatever is ultimately perfection is beautiful. The aesthetic patterns that Suhrawardi introduces in the structure of goodness and love go back to the concept of imagination. By considering the imaginary world as one of the multiple worlds of existence and human forces and knowing the manifestation of imaginative power for imaginary forms in the imaginary world and the existence of a relationship of violence and love between different levels of existence, the reflection of suspended forms of that world in the artist's soul can be reflected. Introduce a criterion for discovering the transcendent roots of Islamic art. If the world were not imaginary, or if it were, and functioned merely as memory and archival power, no art form would take shape, no work of art would take shape, and language would no longer have a code and metaphor. And poetic literature did not emerge. With these interpretations, the artist in this sense, like an illuminated seeker with illumination in his connected imagination, moves towards a separate power and uses the melodies and exemplary images to create a work of art by entering the world of example. . The purpose of this study was to answer the question of what is the role and place of the imaginary world in the aesthetics of Suhrawardi? The method of this research was applied-theoretical in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method, and the information was obtained in a library method.
