چکیده:
مقدمه: سندرم پیش از قاعدگی یکی از اختلالات شایع در خانمها در سنین باروری است. از آنجایی که علت اصلی این سندروم ناشناخته است، رعایت الگوی مناسب غذایی نسبت به روشهای درمان دارویی، بیخطر، مطمئن، کم هزینه و کم عارضه است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان فعالیت بدنی و الگوهای غذایی بر پایه هرم غذایی الگوی بشقاب من (My Plate) بر شدت سندرم پیش از قاعدگی بود. روشها: در این مطالعه 45 نفر از دانشجویان دختر ساکن در خوابگاههای علوم پزشکی مازندران، در هرگروه (مورد و شاهد) انتخاب شدند. روش نمونهگیری اولیه، آسان و مبتنی بر هدف انجام شد. مطالعه در مرحله اول، ابتدا شاخصهای انتروپومتری توسط پرسشنامه جمعآوری شد. سپس جهت بررسی فراوانی و شدت علائم سندرم پیش از قاعدگی از ملاکهای تشخیصی دانشکده آمریکایی بیماریهای زنان و زایمان (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology) ACOG استفاده شد؛ افرادی که حداقل2 نشانه (حداقل یک نشانه عاطفی و یک نشانه جسمانی) با شدت متوسط و متوسط به بالا داشتند، با عنوان سندرم پیش از قاعدگی یا (Premenstrual syndrome) PMSتشخیص داده شدند. که 45 نفر در هر گروه مورد و شاهد واجد شرایط شرکت در کارآزمایی بودند. در مرحله بعدی، افراد پرسشنامه هرم غذایی را پر کردند و در خصوص الگوی بشقاب من از افراد خواسته شد روی کاغذ و الگوی خالی بشقاب من (بشقاب خالی نشان دهندهی دریافت معمول فرد که توسط افراد پر شد) سهمهایی را که برای هر گروه در این الگوی غذایی مصرف میکنند مشخص نمایند. همچنین یاد آمد خوراک 24 ساعته 2 روز قبل از قاعدگی نیز دریافت شد. نتایج: در گروه نان و غلات بین مصرف نان لواش و ماکارونی با شدت علائم PMS ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت (به ترتیب 006/0p< و 003/0p<). همچنین بین مصرف گروه میوهها و شیرینی و شدت علائم PMS ارتباط معنی داری یافت شد. نتیجهگیری: به طورکلی، مصرف غلات کامل، میوهها و کاهش مصرف کربوهیدراتهای ساده و شیرینیها در تسکین علائمPMS میتواند موثر باشد.

Adherence to an appropriate dietary pattern concerning drug treatment methods is safe, low-cost, and low-complication. This study aimed to evaluate the level of physical activity and dietary patterns based on the food pyramid and MY PLATE on the severity of the premenstrual syndrome.Methods: 45 female students living in medical dormitories of Mazandaran were selected in each group (case and control). The initial sampling method was easy and purposeful. In the first stage of the study, anthropometric indices were collected by a questionnaire. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) diagnostic criteria were used to assess the frequency and severity of PMS symptoms. They were moderate to moderate in severity and were diagnosed as PMS. 45 people in each case and control group were eligible to participate in the trial. Next, individuals filled out a food pyramid questionnaire and were asked about my plate pattern. On paper and the blank my plate pattern (empty plate representing a person's normal intake filled in by individuals) the shares for each group. In this food pattern, they specify. It was also recalled that 24-hour food was received 2 days before menstruation.Results: In the bread and cereals group, there was a significant relationship between the consumption of lavash bread and pasta and the severity of PMS symptoms.
