چکیده:
عند دراسة تاريخ أي دولة من دول العصور الوسط ي، لابد من الحديث عن الط بقات الاجتماعية لتلک الدولة ، وميزات کل ط بقة من الط بقات ، ومن هنا فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلي معرفة الط بقات الاجتماعية المکونة للدولة المرابط ية ، کونها شکلت إحدي أهم الدول التي حکمت المغرب العربي الإسلامي وجنوب أوروبا،کما وجب معرفة التقسيمات الاجتماعية وأنواعها في الدولة المرابط ية ، التي نجحت في بناء کيان سياسي واقتصادي واجتماعي قوي، علي الرغم من الاختلاف في الط بقات الاجتماعية المکونة للدولة ، والتي تمثلت بط بقة الحکام التي شملت الخلفاء والوزراء والولاة، وهي الط بقة التي تحکمت في مقدرات البلاد، والتي اعتمدت علي حکم إسلامي ، قائم علي أسس دينية بحتة ، الط بقة الخاصة وشملت رجال الدين کالعلماء والفقهاء والمتصوفة والط لبة ، وهذه الط بقة هي التي أصدرت الفتاوي لتثبيت الحکم القائم ، فکانت في کثير من الأحيان سندا للفئة الأولي، وط بقة العامة والتي شملت التجار الصناع والحرفيون والفلاحون والمهمشون ، وهي الط بقة التي اعتمدت عليها الط بقتين السابقتين لترسيخ حکمهم ، وهذه الط بقات بدورها قسمت إلي فئات أکثر خصوصية أساسها توضيح واقع کل طبقة ، ودورها في المجتمع
When studying the history of any medieval country, it is
necessary to talk about the social classes of that country, and the
characteristics of each class,hence this study aims to know the
social classes that make up the Almoravid state, as it formed one of
the most important countries that ruled the Arab Islamic Maghreb
and southern Europ,it is also necessary to know the social divisions
and their types in the Almoravid state, which succeeded in building a
strong political, economic and social entity, despite thedifference in
the social classes that make up the state, which was represented by
the class of rulers that included caliphs, ministers and governors,
which is the class that controlled the capabilities of the country,
which adopted On an Islamic rule, based on purely religious
foundations, the special class included clerics such as scholars,
jurists, mystics and students, and this class was the one that issued
fatwas to establish the existing rule, and it was often a bond for the
first class, and the public class, which included merchants,
manufacturers, craftsmen, farmers, and the marginalized. The class
on which the previous two classes relied to consolidate their rule,
and these classes, in turn, were divided into more special classes
whose basis is to clarify the reality of each class and its role in
society
