چکیده:
امروزه نوآوری بهعنوان یک مؤلفه کلیدی در رشد و توسعه کشورها و پیشرفت آنها در عرصههای داخلی و بینالمللی مطرح است. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت نوآوری ایران در مقایسه با کشورهای منتخب سند چشم انداز 1404 است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش به لحاظ مکانی کشورهای امارات، ایران، ترکیه، عربستان، قطر و مصر و به لحاظ زمانی سالهای 2011 تا 2018 است که با استفاده از مدل پرومته مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. اساس دادههای مورد استفاده گزارش شاخص نوآوری جهانی میباشد. نتایج تحلیل دادههای نوآوری نشان داد که کشور امارات و ترکیه در سطح بالا، کشور عربستان صعودی به همراه قطر در لایههای میانی و کشورهای مصر و ایران در سطوح پایینی توسعه شاخصهای نوآوری قرار دارند. همچنین نتایج تحلیلها نشان داد که کشورهای امارات و ترکیه اصلی-ترین رقبای منطقهای ایران در زمینه بهرهمندی از شاخصهای نوآوری میباشند. هرچند کشور ایران در این بازه زمانی روند صعودی داشته ولی نتوانسته به جایگاه اول منطقه که در سند چشم انداز ترسیم شده برسد.
Today, innovation is considered as a key component in the growth and development of countries and their development in the domestic and international arenas. Due to the importance of the subject, the purpose of this study is to examine the situation of innovation in Iran in comparison with selected countries in the Vision 1404 document. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of this study is spatially in the UAE, Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Egypt and in terms of time from 2011 to 2018, which has been analyzed using the Prometheus model. The data used is based on the Global Innovation Index report. The results of the analysis of innovation data showed that the UAE and Turkey are at the high level, Saudi Arabia along with Qatar are in the middle layers and Egypt and Iran are at the low levels of development of innovation indicators. The results of the analysis also showed that the UAE and Turkey are the main competitors in the region of Iran in terms of benefiting from innovation indicators. Although Iran has had an upward trend in this period, but has not been able to reach the first place in the region as outlined in the vision document.
