چکیده:
هدف تحقیق: هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین اثر تمرین یوگا بر کاهش افسردگی زنان آزاردیده شهر کرمانشاه بود. روش تحقیق: بدین منظور از میان زنان آزار دیده مراجعه کننده به اورژانس اجتماعی کرمانشاه، 30 نفر که افسردگی آنان توسط آزمون بک تایید شده بود، با دامنه سنی 40-20ساله (میانگین:9/28 ; انحراف معیار:4/3) به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. پس از اجرای هشت هفته تمرینات یوگا (هر هفته دو جلسه، هر جلسه 90 دقیقه، شامل چرخش آگاهی، حرکات کششی، آساناها، و شاواسانا) از طریق آزمون افسردگی بک مورد ارزیابی مجدد قرار گرفتند. نتایج: میانگین گروهها با استفاده از آزمون کوواریانس نشان داد که تمرینات یوگا افسردگی زنان گروه آزمایش را کاهش داده است (81/6=F ، 001/0p< ). بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، انجام تمرینات ساده، مفرح و کم هزینه یوگا با کاهش افسردگی زندگی زنان آزار دیده همراه است و میتوان با به کارگیری این تمرینات در راستای بهبود مشکلات روان شناختی زنان آزار دیده گام برداشت.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of yoga exercise on reducing the depression of abused women of Kermanshah.Method: Among all abused women referred to Community Emergency of Kermanshah, 30 people whom their depression had been confirmed by Beck Test, with an age range of 20-40 years old (M= 82/9, SD= 3/4 (, were selected by accessible sampling and replaced Simple random in two experimental and control groups of 15 people. After eight weeks of yoga (two sessions per week, each session 90 minutes, including rotation, stretching, Asana, and Shavasana) and reassessment through Beck Depression Inventory, Results: Covariance showed that Yoga exercise has reduced women depression. (p<0/001 F=6/8).Discussion: Performing the low-cost, simple, and enlivening yoga exercise is accompanied by improving living conditions of abused women, and a positive step can be taken toward improvement and prevention of the patients' psychological problems through applying these practices.
