This article seeks to answer the question of what self-control means in the Quran, what are its implications, and what is its relationship with productivity? Analytical and interpretive methods have been used in this article. One of the axes of Quranic discussions is the human attention to himself/herself and his/her actions and how to benefit from it. By referring to the verses of the Word of Revelation and the commentators' point of view, and by using the descriptive, analytical, and interpretive method, the author has examined and documented efficiency from the perspective of the Quran, which includes: God-watching , self-watching, witness-watching (witnesses of human actions), court-watching (the embodiment of actions and their calculation in the Day of Judgment). The findings indicate that the results and consequences of self-control in the productivity of the organization are: taking care of the precious gem of humanity and not selling it against desires and whims, the prosperity of societies and organizations and their foundation based on trust, confidence and honesty, preserving human dignity and abstinence from instrumental perspective, correct and consistent performance and avoiding rework and wasted costs.
