چکیده:
اهداف: علیرغم تلاشهای بسیار صاحبنظران، اساتید و فعالان اجتماعی در طول چند دهه اخیر و بحثها و مستنداتی که از سوی این گروه در زمینه توجه به برابری جنسیتی و پذیرش حضور زنان در عرصه عمومی ارایه شده، بهندرت رویکردی کاربردی به منظور استخراج و تبیین راهبردهای عملی در مسیر تغییر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف جمعآوری و استخراج هدفمند اسناد تهیهشده در زمینه جنسیت و شهر، مسکن، و حمل و نقل انجام شد.
روششناسی: این مطالعه با روش فراتحلیل انجام شده است. بر این اساس، به جای تعریف هرگونه اقدام پژوهشی جدیدی به منظور استفاده بهینه از زمان و همچنین سرمایه دانشی، مطالعه اسناد موجود و هماندیشی با صاحبنظران و فعالان، ملاک عمل قرار گرفت. پس از خلاصه برداری از اسناد، تحلیل محتوای آنها و کدگذاری، مقولههای اصلی از مسائل زنان شناسایی و تعیین شدند.
یافتهها: مسایل و چالشهای زنان ایرانی در عرصههای شهری، کمبود یا نبود امنیت، مسایل حمل و نقل، کمبودها و محدودیتهای فضایی-کالبدی، فرهنگی-اجتماعی و برنامهریزی-مدیریتی تشخیص داده شدند.
نتیجهگیری: اگرچه گزارشها و اسناد نسبتاً قابل توجهی در زمینه مسایل و چالشهای زنان طی سالهای اخیر تهیه شدهاند، اما نتایج آنها در سطوح برنامه ریزی، سیاستگذاری و اقدام وارد نشده است.
Aims: Despite the efforts of experts, professors and social activists over the past few decades and the discussions and documents presented by these groups on gender equality and acceptance of women’s presence in the public realm, rarely a practical approach have been considered to extract and define practical strategies in the path of change. The aim of this study is to purposefully collect and extract documents prepared in the field of gender and city, housing and transportation.
Methodology: This study was conducted a meta-analysis method. Accordingly, instead of defining any new case-study research, in order to make the best use of time as well as available knowledge capital, the existing documents and experts’ thoughts were systematically reviewed. After summarizing the documents, analyzing their content and coding, the main categories of women's issues were extracted and determined.
Findings: Iranian women’s problems and challenges in urban areas, were identified as lack of security, transportation issues, and spatio-physical, socio-cultural and planning-managerial limitations and deficiencies.
Conclusion: Although significant reports and documents on women's issues and challenges have been produced in recent years, but their results have not been included in the planning, policy and action levels.
