چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش گروهی طرحوارهدرمانی هیجانی بر خودپنداره جنسی، بلوغ عاطفی و الگوهای تعاملی زنان دچار درد مزمن انجام شد. طرح تحقیق حاضر، نیمه آزمایشی و با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون به همراه گروه گواه بود. 30 نفر از زنان دچار دردهای مزمن که در سال 1400 به بیمارستان فیروزگر شهر تهران مراجعه کردند، به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و با جایگزینی تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و گواه قرار داده شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه چندوجهی خودپنداره جنسی اسنل (1995)، پرسشنامه بلوغ عاطفی سینگ و بهارگاوا (1991) و پرسشنامه الگوهای تعاملی کریستنسن و سالاوی (1984) بودند و گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش گروهی طرحواره درمانی هیجانی لیهی (2015) در طی 10 جلسه 2 ساعته، هر هفته یک جلسه قرار گرفتند و در این مدت افراد گروه گواه هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و تک متغیره توسط نرمافزار آماری SPSS نسخه 26 استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که طرحوارهدرمانی هیجانی بر بلوغ عاطفی و الگوهای تعاملی در زنان دچار درد مزمن تاثیر معنادار دارد (01/0>P). اما بر تغییرات خودپنداره جنسی تاثیر معنادار ندارد (05/0<P). برحسب نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش آموزش گروهی طرحوارهدرمانی هیجانی با تمرکز بر چالشها و شناختها و با ایجاد تغییرات مثبت و مناسب میتواند در تغییرات بلوغ عاطفی و الگوهای تعاملی بین زوجین در زنان دچار درد مزمن مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of emotional schema therapy group training on sexual self-concept, emotional maturity and interactive patterns of women suffering from chronic pain. The current research design was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design along with the control group. Thirty women suffering from chronic pain who referred to Firouzgar Hospital in Tehran in 2021 were selected by available sampling method and randomly replaced into two groups of 15, experimental and control. The research tools included Snell's multifaceted sexual self-concept questionnaire (1995), Singh and Bhargava's emotional maturity questionnaire (1991), and Christensen and Salawi's interactive patterns questionnaire (1984), and the experimental group was trained in emotional schema therapy by Leahy (2015) during 10 sessions. hour, they had one session every week, and during this time, the people of the control group did not receive any intervention. To analyze the data, multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance was used by SPSS statistical software version 26. The findings showed that emotional schema therapy has a significant effect on emotional maturity and interaction patterns in women with chronic pain (P(PAccording to the results of this research, emotional schema therapy group training focusing on challenges and cognitions and creating positive and appropriate changes can be used in the changes of emotional maturity and interaction patterns between couples in women suffering from chronic pain.
