Realities are created by Man, however, these fabricated Realities may create the existential reality of him/her as well. Understanding organizational reality and organizational facticity is seemingly easy but inwardly very restrained. To enact this fact, we need to understand Both internal and external symbols Sphere, as well as the complexities of formal, semi-formal and informal communication in the organization. Today, with the advent of a Meta-concept like Metaverse, postmodern man is searching for an existential reality of himself in a world where digital representation of anything seems more real than his/her existential reality, in the world of digital avatars and twins. This fact must be examined from two perspectives, one is the reality of the individual and the other is the reality of his role in the organization. Today, the alienation of the individual and the reality of his/her existence in the organization is also influenced by the quasi-modern environment (a combination of the physical world and virtual reality or augmented reality), for example, the telecommuting experience "as what we experienced in the post-Covid era" requires an exact pathology. Recognizing organizational legitimacy, credibility structures, and measuring the task technology fit (TTF) would also be effective in "preventing" or "reducing" this new version of alienation.
