چکیده:
زمینه و هدف : طلاق عاطفی وضعیتی است که زوج به اجبار در کنار هم زندگی میکنند و سرمایه عاطفی بین آنها کم شده و رابطه ای سرد و خالی از شور و نشاط را تجربه میکنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی رویکرد طرحواره درمانی و ایماگو درمانی بر دشواری تنظیم هیجان و ناکامی در افراد درگیر طلاق عاطفی پرداخته شده است. مواد و روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با گروه کنترل و پیگیری انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش زوجین مراجعه کننده به مجتمع قضایی تهران در سال 1398 بودند. 45 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند با توجه به نتیجه پرسشنامه طلاق عاطفی گاتمن انتخاب، و به سه گروه 15 نفری، به طور کاملا تصادفی تقسیم شدند. هر درمان به مدت 12جلسه هفتگی به دو گروه آزمایش ارائه شد و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت. ابزارهای جمع آوری اطلاعات شامل مقیاس طلاق عاطفی گاتمن(1997)، پرسشنامه تحمل ناکامی هارینگتون (2005) و مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان گراتز و رومئر (2004) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های به دست آمده از روش تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با بهره گیری از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 24 استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که در پیش آزمون تفاوت معنی داری بین گروه ها مشاهده نشد. در پس آزمون بین میانگین دشواری تنظیم هیجان (F=23/323,P=0/000) و ناکامی (F=48/966,P=0/000)در طرحواره درمانی و ایماگو درمانی با میانگین گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری در سطح p<0/01 وجود داشت. بین دو رویکرد ایماگو درمانی و طرح واره درمانی تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. نتایج در مرحله پیگیری پایداربود.نتیجه گیری: یافته ها نشان داد استفاده از درمان های این پژوهش می تواند در طرح ریزی مداخلات پیشگیرانه جهت ارتقاء و بهبود سلامت روان و روابط هیجانی در افراد درگیر طلاق عاطفی استفاده نمود
Background and Aim: Emotional divorce is a situation in which a couple is forced to live together and the emotional capital between them is reduced and they experience a cold and empty relationship. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of schema therapy and imago therapy approaches on the difficulty of regulating emotion and failure in people involved in emotional divorce. Materials and Methods: The present study was a quasi-experimental study with a control and follow-up group. The statistical population of this study was couples referring to Tehran Judicial Complex in 1398. Forty-five individuals were selected by purposive sampling according to the results of the Guttman Emotional Divorce Questionnaire, and were divided into three groups of 15, completely randomly. Each treatment was presented to two experimental groups for 12 weekly sessions and the control group was placed on a waiting list. Data collection tools included, the Guttman(1997) Emotional Divorce Scale, the Harrington Failure Tolerance Questionnaire(2005), and the Gretz & Romer(2004) Emotion Difficulty Scale. Multivariate analysis of covariance and Bonferroni post hoc test were used to analyze the obtained data using SPSS software version 24.Results: The results showed that no significant difference was observed between the groups in the pretest. In the post-test, there was a significant difference between the mean difficulty of emotion regulation(F = 323.23, P= 0.000) and failure(F = 96.48, P = 0.000) in schema therapy and imago therapy with the mean of the control group.
