چکیده:
اهداف: بهزیستی روانشناختی میتواند جنبههای مختلف زندگی افراد را از طریق رشد مثبت احساسات تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای اجتماعی و ارتباطی با رویکرد شناختی- رفتاری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی و شادکامی دانشآموزان دختر دارای والدین شهید و جانباز دانشگاههای دولتی شهرکرد بود.
مواد و روش ها:این پژوهش یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی بود که به صورت پیش آزمون- پس آزمون- پیگیری با گروه گواه بر روی 50 دانش آموز دختر با والدین شهید و جانباز دانشگاه های دولتی شهرکرد در سال 97-97 انجام شد. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف و کینز و پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد بود. مداخلات در 10 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای برای گروه آزمایش انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری های مکرر با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها:بین دو گروه در مرحله پیش آزمون تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0p>). میانگین نمرات بهزیستی روانشناختی و شادکامی در گروه آزمایش در مرحله پس آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معنی داری داشت (05/0p<). نتایج تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر نشان داد که میانگین نمرات بهزیستی روانشناختی و شادکامی، صرفنظر از تاثیر گروهبندی در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری، تغییر معنیداری داشت (05/0p<).
نتیجهگیری: آموزش گروهی مهارتهای اجتماعی و ارتباطی با رویکرد شناختی-رفتاری منجر به افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی و شادکامی دانشآموزان دختر دارای والدین شهید و جانباز میشود.
Abstract
Aims: Psychological well-being can affect different aspects of people's lives through the positive development of emotions. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of social and communication skills training using cognitive-behavioral approach on psychological well-being and happiness of female students with martyred and veteran parents in Shahrekord governmental universities.
Materials & Methods: The research was a quasi-experimental study that was conducted as a pretest-posttest-follow up with a control group on 50 female students with martyred and veteran parents in Shahrekord governmental universities in 2018-19. Research tools included the Ryff and Keynes Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire and the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. The interventions were performed in 10 sessions of 90 minutes for the experimental group. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance using SPSS 22 software.
Findings: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the pretest stage (p>0.05). The mean scores of psychological well-being and happiness in the experimental group had a significant increase in the posttest stage compared to the control group (p
