چکیده:
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل چالشهای آموزشهای موسوم به نهضت سوادآموزی از منظر معلّمها این مقطع در استان کردستان و بیان راهکارهای خروج از آن است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از روشهای پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و پدیدارشناسی، بهره برده شد. میدان پژوهش، شامل سوادآموزان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان کردستان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 با سابقۀ کار در نهضت سوادآموزی بود که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبۀ نیمهساختاریافتۀ محقق ساخته بود که با دوازده نفر از معلّمها با معیار اشباعیافتگی پاسخها، مصاحبه صورت گرفت. برای دستیابی به یافتهها در دو گام عمل شد.گام نخست:شناسایی چالشها که خود درسه دسته قرار داده شدند:1. چالشهای پیشروی معلّمان، مانند:دشواری یافتن سوادآموزان، نداشتن امنیت شغلی برای معلّمها این حوزه، 2. چالشهای مربوط به سوادآموزان مانند: سن بالاو نداشتن انگیزه3. چالشهای حوزۀ اداری مانند: نداشتن امکانات و تامین نبودن از لحاظ مالی. گام دوم، ارائۀ راه کارهایی برای برون رفت از چالشها بود مانند: آگاهکردن مردم از اهمّیت سواد در دنیای امروز، ارائۀ امتیازات و بستههای تشویقی به سوادآموزان، افزایش جایگاه شغلی معلّمهای نهضت، حمایت آموزش و پرورش در جذب افراد بیسواد، برنامه ریزی و ایجاد اشتغال برای مردم سوادآموخته، افزایش مدت زمان کلاسها و اجباری کردن حضور افراد در کلاسها.
The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the challenges and problems of the type of education conventional to the literacy movement in Kurdistan Province from the perspective of teachers of this level from a critical point of view and to express solutions to overcome those obstacles. To achieve this goal, descriptive-analytical research methods, library documents and phenomenology used. To advance the discussion, a researcher-made semi-structured interview used and 12 teachers (10 females and 2 males) interviewed. Two steps taken to achieve the findings. Step 1: Identify the challenges that fall into three categories: 1. Challenges facing teachers, such as: lack of awareness of individuals and their families about the importance of literacy and literacy, lack of motivation of students, lack of job security for teachers in this field, Challenges related to literacy such as: lack of specialized teacher and 3. Challenges in the administrative field, such as: lack of facilities and lack of funding. The second step is provide solutions to overcome the challenges; Such as: informing people about the importance of literacy in today's world and then giving privileges and incentive packages to literate people. Increasing the job position of movement teachers, encouraging and supporting literate people, helping education in attracting illiterate parents, Planning and creating employment for literate people as an incentive, increasing the duration of classes and forcing people to attend classes.
