چکیده:
«انگیزه»، عاملی اســت که شخص را به انجام عمل، با میل و اراده خویش متمایل میسازد. معمولاً واژه انگیزش فرایندی است که موجب برانگیختگی، هدایت و احیای رفتار میشــود. از طرفی پرورش عدالت، یکی از اهداف بعثت انبیاء بوده و ایجاد انگیزه، نقش مهمی در گرایش افراد به ســوی عدالت دارد. در رابطه با «انگیزهبخشی در زمینه پرورش عدالت» پژوهش مستقلی صورت نگرفته است و آثار متعددی که درباره انگیزش نگاشته شده، اولاً: فاقد رویکرد فقهی بوده و حکم «انگیزهبخشی در زمینه عدالت» معین نشده است؛ ثانیاً: «روشهای ایجاد انگیزه» نیز تبیین نشده است. هدف این مقاله، شناسایی حکم انگیزهبخشی و روشهای ایجاد انگیزه در زمینه عدالت است. این پژوهش با روش تحلیل و اجتهاد بر مبنای قرآن و منابع روایی، به این نتایج دست یافته است: الف) بر اساس آیات قرآن اگر انگیزه لازم برای رعایت عدالت و پرورش آن در سطح جامعه نباشد، انگیزهبخشی واجب است و همه مکلفان، بایستی با ایجاد انگیزه، افراد جامعه را به سوی عدالت متمایل سازند. ب) در زمینه پرورش عدالت میتوان به روشهای انگیزهبخشی مانند موعظه، تشویق، انذار، تبشیر، امر و نهی تمسک جست. ج) با توجه به ادله قرآنی و روایی، حکم این روشها استحباب است اما حکم بهکارگیری روش «امر ونهی» الزامی است. لذا امر و نهی کردن به عدالت لازم و ضروری است. د) روشهای انگیزهبخش حاکمان، سلاطین و همه مکلفان را شامل میشوند.
Motivation is a factor that makes a person willing to do something. Usually, the word motivation is a process that causes excitement, guidance and revival of behavior. On the other hand, fostering justice is one of the goals of the Prophets' mission, and creating motivation plays an important role in people's tendency towards justice. In relation to "Motivation in the field of justice", no scientific research has been done, and several works written about motivation lack a jurisprudential approach, and the verdict of "motivation in the field of justice" has not been determined. Secondly, the "methods of motivation" have not been explained either. The purpose of this article is to identify motivational rulings and motivational methods in the field of justice. This research reached the following results with the method of analysis and ijtihad based on the Qur'an and narrative sources: Verses of the Qur'an, if there is no motivation to observe justice and cultivate it at the level of the society, it is obligatory to give motivation and all those who are obligated should motivate the people of the society towards justice. In the field of cultivating justice, one can rely on motivational methods such as preaching, encouraging, warning, evangelizing, commanding and forbidding. According to the evidence, the verdict of these methods is desirable, but it is mandatory to use the "Amar Vanhi" method. Therefore, commanding and forbidding justice is necessary and necessary. It includes the motivational methods of rulers, sultans, and all the obligees.
