چکیده:
مقدمه: مشارکت اجتماعی به عنوان یک عامل تعیین کننده برای ارتقاء سلامت و رفاه در نظر گرفته میشود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل تسهیل کننده و بازدارنده مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان شهر کرمان در فعالیتهای سلامت محور صورت گرفت. مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی است که بر روی 276 سالمند بالای 60سال در مناطق مختلف شهر کرمان در سال 1399 انجام شد. در ایـن پـژوهش سـالمندان بـه پرسشـنامه هـای مشخصـات فـردی و پرسشنامه مشارکت اجتماعی طرح بررسی سـلامت جامعـه کانـادا و پرسشنامه فعالیتهای سلامت محور پاسخ دادند. تجزیه وتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 26 و آزمونهای آماری توصیفی و تحلیل از جمله رگرسیون تک متغیره و چند متغیره انجام شد. یافتهها: میانگین نمره مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان 4/01±6/71 گزارش گردید. از بین موانع مشارکت اجتماعی بیماریها و مشکلات سلامتی (50/3 درصد)، هزینهها (39/1 درصد)، مشکلات رفت و آمد (31/1 درصد)، بیحوصلگی (29/3 درصد) و کووید 19 (28/2 درصد) به ترتیب مهمترین موانع مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان میباشند. سالمندان با سن پایین تر (0/001> p)، سالمندان مجرد (0/001> p)، دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی (0/001> p) و با تعداد فرزندان کمتر (0/001=p) بطور معنی داری مشارکت اجتماعی بهتری داشتند. یافتههای حاصل از رگرسیون چند متغیره حاکی از این بود که از بین حیطههای فعالیتهای سلامت محور، ورزش و تندرستی (0/033=p)، پیشگیری از بیماریها (0/002=p) و سلامت جسمانی (0/001> p) تاثیر مثبت بر میزان مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان داشت. نتیجهگیری: طبق یافتههای پژوهش حاضر عوامل متعددی بر میزان مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان تاثیر گذار میباشد. در این بین برنامه ریزی به منظور مدیریت بیماریها، افزایش درآمد و رفع مشکلات رفت و آمدی سالمندان با در نظر گرفتن سـایر عوامـل مـرتبط بـرای بهبود وضعیت مشارکت اجتماعی سالمندان پیشنهاد میگردد.
Introduction: social participation is considered as a determining factor in promoting health and well-being. The aim of this study was to determine the factors facilitating and inhibiting the social participation of the elderly in Kerman in health-oriented activities.
Materials and methods: The present study was a cross-sectional study performed on 276 elderly people over 60 years old in different areas of Kerman in 1399. The elderly answered the personal characteristics questionnaire, the questionnaire of social participation of the Canadian Society Health Survey, and health-oriented activities questionnaire. Results: The mean score of social participation of the elderly was 6.71± 4.01. Diseases and health problems (50.3%), costs (39.1%), travel problems (31.1%), impatience (29.3%), and Covid 19 (28.2%) were the most common barriers to social participation, respectively. The elderly who were single, younger, college-educated, and those with less number of children had significantly better social participation. Conclusion: This study revealed that the social participation of the elderly is affected by the multifactor. Therefore, planning to manage diseases, increase income, and solve the transportation problems of the elderly are recommended to improve the social participation of the elderly.
