چکیده:
اهداف: گروهدرمانی شناختی-معنوی اعتیاد یک درمان 12 جلسهای مبتنی بر مراقبت معنوی و مبتنی بر فرهنگ ایرانی-اسلامی است که اخیراً توسعه یافته است. بااین حال، هیچ پژوهش تجربی تاکنون اثربخشی این درمان را مورد بررسی قرار نداده است. بنابراین، هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی گروهدرمانی شناختی-معنوی اعتیاد با رویکرد مراقبت معنوی بر میزان وسوسه، تنظیم هیجان و سلامت روان بیماران تحت درمان نگهدارندهی متادون بود. روشها: برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، 24 فرد تحت درمان نگهدارندهی متادون در مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر خمینیشهر با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند به عنوان نمونهی پژوهش انتخاب شدند. این 24 نفر به دو گروه همتا تقسیم شدند و مداخلهی گروهی به صورت تصادفی بر روی یک گروه (آزمایش) اجرا شد و گروه دیگر بهعنوان گروه کنترل در نظر گرفته شد. قبل از اجرای مداخله، پرسشنامهی سلامت عمومی، زیرمقیاس تنظیم هیجانی مقیاس هوش هیجانی شات و مقیاس آنالوگ دیداری برای وسوسه بر روی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بهعنوان پیشآزمون اجرا شد. همچنین پس از انجام مداخله، همین پرسشنامهها بهعنوان پسآزمون در دو گروه اجرا شد. یافتهها: یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس (ANCOVA) نشان داد که گروهدرمانی شناختی-معنوی اعتیاد با رویکرد مراقبت معنوی بهصورت معناداری موجب افزایش سلامتروان، بهبود تنظیم هیجانی و کاهش وسوسه در بیماران گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شده است. نتیجه گیری: بهطور کلی ویژگیهای درمان مذکور و مؤلفههای آن، از جمله تمرکز بر مسئولیتپذیری و تغییر سبک زندگی به سبکی معنوی، ارتباط ایمن و مستمر با خدا، توکل، دعا، شکرگزاری، پذیرش و بخشش خود، صبر، مهارت حل مسئله معنوی، یافتن هویت خود در جهان هستی و ارتباطات مؤثر با دیگران منجر به افزایش سلامتروان، تنظیم هیجانی و کاهش وسوسه میشود.
Purpose: Cognitive-spiritual group therapy of addiction is a 12-session treatment which has recently been developed based on spiritual care and Iranian – Islamic culture. The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of cognitive-spiritual group therapy of addiction considering the effects of spiritual care on craving, emotional regulation and mental health of patients under methadone maintenance treatment.
Materials and Methods: 24 individuals under methadone maintenance treatment in Khomeynishahr addiction clinics were selected by purposive sampling method. These 24 individuals were divided into two matched groups and group intervention was provided for one group (experiment) and the other one was considered as control group. Prior to the intervention, general health questionnaire (GHQ-12), emotional regulation subscale of Schuute Emotional Intelligence Scale and visual analogue scale for craving were administrated as pre-test to both control and test groups. After the intervention, the same questionnaires were also used as post-test for both groups.
Findings: Results of analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) showed that cognitive-spiritual group therapy of addiction based on spiritual care improved the mental health and emotional regulation of experimental group and reduced their cravings compared to the control group.
Conclusion: The aspects of the mentioned therapy and its components such as focus on responsibility and changing the lifestyle spiritually, safe and enduring relationship with God, trust, praying, thanksgiving, accepting and forgiving one’s self, patience, spiritual problem solving skill, finding one’s own identity in the world and building effective relationships with others improve mental health and emotional regulation and thus reduce craving.
