چکیده:
هدف: با توجه به تغییر الگوی زندگی مردم در سرتاسر جهان و طبق پیشبینی سازمان بهداشت جهانی به نظر میرسد تا سال 2025 بیماری عروق کرونر قلبی نه تنها عامل اصلی مرگ و میر و ناتوانی بشر خواهند بود و در دراز مدت با ماهیت ناتوان کنندۀ خود، پارهای از محدودیتها را در زندگی فرد به وجود میآورد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر بهشیاری بر افسردگی، ناگویی خلقی و فشار خون بیماران قلبی -عروقی بود. مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل با سنجش در خط پایه پس از مداخله و پیگیری 3 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی بیماران قلبی- عروقی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) شهرستان آمل در ماههای شهریور تا آذر سال 1398 بود. تعداد 24 بیمار براساس نمونهگیری مبتنی برهدف به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (12 نفر) گماشته شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش پرسشنامه دموگرافیک محقق ساخته (1398)، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (1990) و پروتکل برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر بهشیاری و تعهد (کابات زین، 2012) بود. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای مکرر انجام شد. یافتهها: برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر بهشیاری بر کاهش افسردگی، الکسی تایمیا و فشار خون تاثیر معنادار داشت (001/0p نتیجهگیری: بیمارانی که در جلسات برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر بهشیاری شرکت کردند میزان افسردگی، ناگویی هیجانی و فشار خونشان کاهش یافت.
Purpose: Considering the change in people's life patterns around the world and according to the prediction of the World Health Organization, it seems that by 2025, coronary heart disease will not only be the main cause of human death and disability, but in the long run, with its debilitating nature, It creates some limitations in a person's life. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Beshiari-based stress reduction program on depression, ataxia, and blood pressure in cardiovascular patients.
Materials and Methods: The current study was a quasi-experimental type with a pre-test-post-test design with a control group with baseline measurements after the intervention and 3-month follow-up. The statistical population included all cardiovascular patients referred to Imam Reza (AS) hospital in Amol city between September and December of 2018. 24 patients were selected as a sample based on purpose-based sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups (12 people). The tools of this research were the researcher's demographic questionnaire (2018), Beck's depression questionnaire (1990) and the stress reduction program protocol based on commitment and commitment (Kabat Zain, 2012). Data analysis was done using analysis of variance with repeated measures.
