چکیده:
این مقاله با هدف شناخت سالمندی موفق و سبک زندگی گذشتهی سالمندان مورد مطالعه انجام شده تا زمینهی کمک به بهبود کیفیت زندگی جمعیت سالمندان را فراهم نماید. دادههای تحقیق بر اساس پیمایش کمی با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمعآوری شده است. 341 نفر از سالمندان 60 سال به بالا که در مناطق 22 گانه شهر تهران ساکن بودند، جمعیت نمونه را تشکیل میدهند. نتایج نشان داد، پاسخگویانی که در سنین میانسالی (40 تا 60 سالگی)، سبک زندگی بهتر و سالمتری داشتند، دوران سالمندی خود را در کل و به لحاظ فیزیکی، روانشناختی و اجتماعی با موفقیت بیشتری سپری میکنند. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون خطی، پاسخگویانی دوران سالمندی خود را در کل و از نظر اجتماعی با موفقیت بیشتری سپری میکنند که؛ در حال حاضر دارای همسر هستند، در سنین 40 تا 60 سالگی، بیشتر از سایرین به سلامت خود توجه داشته، دارای نگرش و جهتگیریهای مثبتتری بودند و امکانات و منابع فرهنگی بیشتری در دسترس آنها بوده است. خصوصیات گفته شده از حیث جنسیت بیشتر در بین گروه مردان سالمند یافت میشود تا گروه زنان سالمند. 29 درصد جمعیت نمونه تحقیق که رقمی بالا و تأمل برانگیز است، دارای سالمندی موفق کم و خیلیکم هستند. مسلماً برای کمک به بهبود وضعیت چنین افرادی، باید ابتدا اینگونه از سالمندان شناسایی شده و در گام بعدی برای داشتن سالمندان موفق و افزایش کیفیت زندگی آنها، از طریق تدوین و ارائه آموزشهای لازم و اتخاذ سیاستها و تدابیر مناسب، اقدامات مؤثر صورت گیرد.
This article aims to identify successful aging and past lifestyle of the elderly under study to help to improve the quality of life of the elderly population. Research data were collected based on quantitative survey using a questionnaire. 341 elderly people aged 60 and over who lived in 22 areas of Tehran were considered to be the sample. The results showed that the respondents who had a better and healthier lifestyle at middle age (40-60 years), led a more successful old age in general as well as in physical, psychological and social aspects. Based on the results of linear regression analysis, respondents with the following characteristics have a more successful old age in general and in social aspects: being married, being more concerned about their health than others between ages 40 and 60, having more positive attitude and orientations and getting access to more facilities and cultural resources. These characteristics are more common among older men than women. 29% of the research sample, which is a high and remarkable figure, have low and very low successful old age. In order to help to improve the situation of such people, this type of elderly should be identified at first. Then, in order to have a successful old age and enhance the quality of their life, effective measures should be taken by developing and providing necessary trainings and adopting appropriate policies and measures.
