چکیده:
این پژوهش با هدف مقایسهی اثربخشی واقعیت درمانی و درمان شناختی مبتنی بر خودگوییهای مثبت بر حساسیت بین فردی نوجوانان انجام شد. روش تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و آزمون پیگیری و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه نوجوانان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم بجنورد بود که در سال تحصیلی 01-1400 در یکی از مدارس این شهر مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از میان این افراد تعداد 60 نفر از دانش آموزانی که تمایل به شرکت در پژوهش داشته و ملاکهای ورود را دارا بودند، به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 20 نفره آزمایش 1، آزمایش 2 و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ﺣﺴﺎﺳﻴﺖ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻓﺮدی (IPSM) ﺑﺎﻳﺲ و ﭘﺎرﻛﺮ (١٩٨٩) بود. دادههای حاصله از طریق آزمون تحلیل تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از این بود که واقعیت درمانی و درمان شناختی مبتنی بر خودگوییهای مثبت بر حساسیت بین فردی نوجوانان موثر است (01/0> P)؛ اما بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری در میزان اثربخشی وجود نداشت (05/0≤P). بر اساس این یافتهها میتوان گفت هردو رویکرد واقعیت درمانی و درمان شناختی مبتنی بر خودگوییهای مثبت میتواند اثرات مناسبی در وضعیت اجتماعی دانش آموزان داشته باشد و از این حیث نتایج این دو رویکرد چندان با یکدیگر متفاوت نیستند.
Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of reality therapy and cognitive therapy based on positive self-talk on the interpersonal sensitivity of teenagers. The research method was semi-experimental with pre-test, post-test, follow-up test and control group. The statistical population included all teenage girls of the second secondary level of Bojnoord who were studying in one of the schools of this city in the academic year of 1400-01.
