چکیده:
اهداف: هدف اصلی پژوهش تبیین عوامل تأثیرگذار در ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی نزاجا است.روششناسی: با توجه به ماهیت موضوع، نوع پژوهش کاربردی و روش پژوهش توصیفی میباشد. جمعآوری اطلاعات به دو روش میدانی و کتابخانهای و با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک انجام گرفته است. ابزار اندازهگیری سنجش ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی، پرسشنامه 15گویهای مدل دورجی و همکاران با سه مؤلفه تعهد، هوشیاری(مراقبت) و عبرتآموزی است. ضرایب پایایی این پرسشنامه به ترتیب برای تعهد، هوشیاری(مراقبت)، عبرتآموزی برابر با 0.81، 0.85 و 0.82 بدست آمده و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 200 نفر از کارکنان نزاجا میباشد.یافتهها: تحلیل کمی (آزمون کای دو) در سطح خطای پنج درصد (0.05) نشان داد که تعهد، هوشیاری(مراقبت) و عبرت-آموزی باعث ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی در نزاجا خواهد شد.نتیجهگیری: تعهد مدیریت در دو بعد: اول تخصیص منابع مالی و انسانی، آموزش، بکارگیری روشهای نوین و یا حتی تغییر گردش مشاغل مناسب و دوم وجود تعهد در فرمانده میتواند منجر به ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی سازمان تحت رهبریاش شود.
Objectives: The main objective of the research is to explain the influencing factors in improving the safety culture of the Army Ground Forces.Methodology: According to the nature of the subject, the type of research is applied and the research method is descriptive. Data collection has been done by field and library methods and by using documents. The measurement tool for safety culture promotion is a 15-item questionnaire of Dorji et al.'s model with three components: commitment, vigilance (care) and learning. The reliability coefficients of this questionnaire for commitment, vigilance (caring), and learning are equal to 0.81, 0.85 and 0.82, respectively, and the statistical population of the research includes 200 employees of the army ground force.Findings: Quantitative analysis (chi-square test) at the error level of five percent (0.05) showed that commitment, vigilance (care) and lesson-learning will improve the safety culture in the Army Ground Forces.Conclusion: The commitment of management in two dimensions: first, the allocation of financial and human resources, training, the use of new methods or even changing the rotation of suitable jobs, and second, the presence of commitment in the commander can lead to the improvement of the safety culture of the organization under his leadership.
