چکیده:
پس از فروپاشی شوروی و گسترش روابط سیاسی و اقتصادی میان روسیه و عربستان انتظار می رفت که زمینه های ایجاد روابط دوستانه و پایدار میان دو کشور فراهم شود. اما این روابط در سالهای اخیر، به واسطه اختلافات متعدد و عمیق، همراه با بی اعتمادی و نگرانی بوده است. این اختلافات بر سر مسایلی چون تعیین قیمت نفت، سرمایه گذاری و تجارت، ادعاهای روسیه نسبت به سیاست سعودی ها در قضیه چچن، نگرانیهای امنیتی عربستان درباره مبادلات تسلیحاتی روسیه و اسراییل و نیز همکاریهای فنی تهران مسکو است. این مقاله به بررسی دیدگاههای مقامات دو کشور نسبت به مسایل اختلافی یاد شده می پردازد و پیامدهای احتمالی این روابط پیچیده را شناسایی می کند.
Following the fall of the Soviet Union and the expansion of diplomatic and economic relations between Saudi Arabia and Russia، it was expected that the grounds for the establishment of friendly and permanent relations would be provided between the two countries. But in recent years، these bilateral ties have been characterized by distrust and uncertainty due to numerous deep disagreements. These disputes revolve around issues such as decision-making on oil prices، investment and commerce، Russian allegations about Saudi policies toward the Chechen question، Saudi security concerns regarding Russian arms deals with Israel and Moscow-Tehran technical cooperation. This article examines the viewpoints held by the two parties' authorities toward the disputed issues and identifies probable consequences of these complex relationships.
